उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय ब्यान हल्फी इस आशय से गुजारा है कि उसका नाम राजस्व अभिलेख महाल जखूणी में गौरव पुत्र योगेश कुमार उपनाम जोगेश कुमार दर्ज चला आ रहा है जबकि आधार कार्ड, स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्र व नकल परिवार रजिस्टर, ग्राम पंचायत कोटला बेहड़ में गौरव सपेहिया पुत्र जोगेश कुमार दर्ज है। जोकि मेरा सही नाम है। प्रार्थी राजस्व अभिलेख महाल जखूणी में गौरव उपनाम गौरव सपेहिया पुत्र योगेश कुमार उपनाम जोगेश कुमार के नाम की दुरुस्ती करवाना चाहता है। अतः इस इश्तहार/नोटिस के माध्यम से समस्त जनता तथा सम्बंधित रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त नाम की दुरुस्ती बारे एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 06-01-2022 को अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में हाजिर आकर अपना उजर/एतराज पेश कर सकते हैं, उजर/एतराज प्रस्तुत न करने की सूरत में उपरोक्त नाम दुरुस्त करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।

उपरोक्त हुकमन तकसीम की मिसल बुध राम ने इस न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत की है। जिसमें धनी राम पुत्र श्री बीजे राम, निवासी काण्डलू, फाटी तुनन, तहसील निरमण्ड का वर्तमान सही पता मालूम न होने के कारण तकसीम में आगामी कार्यवाही करने में विलम्ब हो रहा है।

उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ में प्रार्थिनी श्रीमती विमला देवी की तरफ से अधिवक्ता श्री डी0 एस0 ठाकुर ने प्रार्थना-पत्र वसीयत की रजिस्ट्री के सम्बंध में पेश की जिसके अनुसार पुने राम ने अपने मोत से पहले वसीयत लिख दी है तथा समस्त चल तथा अचल सम्पत्ति अपनी पुत्री श्रीमती विमला देवी के नाम कर दी। अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त वसीयत की रजिस्ट्री करने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में इस इश्तहार के जारी होने के एक माह के भीतर लिखित रूप में उजर/एतराज दायर करेगा। यदि उक्त समय अवधि तक कोई भी उजर/एतराज दायर नहीं हुआ तो श्री पुने राम की वसीयत रजिस्ट्री करने बारे आदेश जारी किया जाएगा।
