संख्याः पी.बी.डब्ल्यू(बी)एफ(5)30/2021.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव पेहड़वीं, तहसील घुमारवीं, जिला बिलासपुर (हि0प्र0) में शिमला-ब्रहमपुखर-घागस-घुमारवीं-हमीरपुर-नादौन-कांगड़ा- मटौर राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग-88 (नया-103) पर पुल के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

No. HFW-B(B)15-27/2020.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule-56 in Clause (bb) of the Fundamental Rules read with this Department policy notified vide Notification No. HFW-B(B)15-13/2019, dated 25-06-2020, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf is pleased to offer re-employment to Dr. R.S. Minhas, Professor who has superannuated from Government service on 30-11-2021 after attaining the age of retirement from the Department of E.N.T., IGMC Shimla on the post of Professor in the Department of E.N.T., IGMC Shimla against vacancy of Associate Professor in the concerned specialty for the period of one year or till the post against which Dr. R. S. Minhas is re-employed, is filled up by regular channel/ incumbent in the concerned specialty whichever is earlier, with effect from 01-01-2022, in the public interest.

The above doctor shall join his duty in the Department of E.N.T., IGMC Shimla within 15 days and send joining report to this Department through proper channel. This re-employment shall be subject to terms and conditions notified by the Finance Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh and the Department of Medical Education & Research, Himachal Pradesh from time to time.
