No. HHC/Admn.28(45)94-III-Part.—The Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh has been pleased to order that the Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Jubbal shall hold Circuit sitting at Rohru for a fortnight in a month by permitting the Presiding Officer to commute daily from his headquarters till the posting of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Court No. 2 Rohru. The Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Jubbal shall hold the circuit, when the District and Sessions Judge (Forest) and Additional District and Sessions Judge (CBI) Court, Shimla are not holding their respective Circuit Courts at Rohru.

No. HHC/Admn.28(45)94-III.—In partial modification of this Registry's earlier Notification(s) No. HHC/Admn.28(45)96-I-10123-33, 21556-66, 23306-24 and 1466-85 dated 14-5-2004, 18-9-2007, 25-8-2018 and 9/10-01-2019, the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh has ordered that the Additional District and Sessions Judge(II), Shimla is exempted from holding Circuit Court at Rohru, instead of that shall hold the Circuit Court at Theog. Further, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, CBI Court, Shimla, shall hold the Circuit Court at Rohru in place Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Shimla.

संख्याः राजस्व-घ/(एफ) 4-5/2019-(कांगड़ा).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की यह राय है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है कि जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश में एक नई उप-तहसील रे सृजित की जाए, ताकि नजदीक के गावों के लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सकें और जिससे उनको होने वाली किसी असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण हो सके।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश में निम्न स्तम्भ संख्या 6 में दर्शाए गए छः पटवार वृत्तों से गठित एक नई उप-तहसील रे, जिसका मुख्यालय रे में होगा, का तुरन्त प्रभाव से सृजन करते हैं :-

No. Rev-D(F) 4-5/2019-(KGR).—WHEREAS the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to create a new Sub-Tehsil Rey in District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, so as to provide better services to the concerned people of nearby villages and to avoid any inconvenience being faced by them and to have better administrative control;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to create a new Sub-Tehsil Rey in District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, consisting of 6 Patwar Circles shown in column No.6 below, with immediate effect:—
