संख्याः जे0एस0वी0-बी(एच)1-4/2022-सोलन.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मौजा फान्जी, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन में उठाऊ पेयजल योजना फान्जी (खागड) के पम्प हाउस के निर्माण हेतु भूमि 12—राजपत्र/2022-18-04-2022 (337) 338 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 अप्रैल, 2022/28 चैत्र, 1944 अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएवं एतदद्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।
3. पूर्वाेक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमत अन्य सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।
4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो, तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के 60 (साठ) दिनों की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रूप में कलेक्टर/समाहर्ता, (लो0 नि0 वि0 विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला-3) हिमाचल प्रदेश के समक्ष अपनी आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।

श्री रिंकू राम सुपुत्र स्व0 श्री अत्तो राम सुपुत्र ईश्वर दास, निवासी भेठ झिकली, तहसील बैजनाथ, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) ने एक आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र इस आशय के साथ गुजारा है कि उसके पिता का नाम ग्राम पंचायत व अन्य दस्तावेजों में अत्तो राम सुपुत्र ईश्वर दास दर्ज है जो उसके पिता का सही नाम है। परन्तु राजस्व रिकार्ड में गलती से अत्तो राम सुपुत्र ईश्वर दास के स्थान पर आत्मा राम सुपुत्र ईसरू ही दर्ज हुआ है जोकि गलत है। अब राजस्व रिकार्ड में अत्तो राम सुपुत्र ईश्वर दास दर्ज करवाना चाहता है। अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण जनता व हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त नाम को दुरुस्त करने बारे किसी भी व्यक्ति को कोई भी आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 30-04-2022 या इससे पूर्व अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित होकर अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज कर सकता है। इसके पश्चात् कोई भी एतराज काबिले समायत नहीं होगा तथा आवेदन-पत्र पर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
