श्री रेल राम ठाकुर पुत्र श्री रेशम राम पुत्र जिवानन्द, निवासी गांव घाटमुहाथ, डाकघर पंजाई, तहसील बालीचौकी, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) ने एक आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र इस आशय के साथ गुजारा है कि मेरा नाम प्रत्येक कागजात में रेल राम ठाकुर ही दर्ज है, लेकिन राजस्व विभाग के रिकार्ड महाल देवधार व घाट मुहाथ में ऐल राम दर्ज हो गया है। जिसको कि मैं दुरुस्त करके ऐल राम के बजाये रेल राम ठाकुर ही दर्ज करवाना चाहता हूं।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण जनता व हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त नाम को दुरुस्त करने बारे किसी भी व्यक्ति को कोई आपाि हो तो वह दिनांक 06-06-2022 को या इससे पूर्व अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित होकर अपनी आपाि दर्ज कर सकता है। इसके पश्चात्‌ कोई भी एतराज काबिले समायत नहीं होगा तथा आवेदन-पत्र पर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
