सं0 हिपा (परीक्षा)-21/76-8.--भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा/हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवा, भारतीय वन सेवा/हिमाचल प्रदेश वन सेवा, तहसीलदार व नायब तहसीलदार, राज्य में कार्यरत अन्य समस्त राजपत्रित अधिकारी/पात्र अराजपत्रित अधिकारी (अधीक्षक ग्रेड-II व वरिष्ठ सहायक) तथा आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग 81—राजपत्र/2022-15-07-2022 (2713) 2714 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जुलाई 2022/24 आषाढ़, 1944 के आबकारी एवं कराधान निरीक्षकों/हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कुल शिक्षा बोर्ड के राजपत्रित अधिकारी/पात्र अराजपत्रित अधिकारी तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड लि0 के अभियन्ताओं व हिमाचल प्रदेश पर्यटन विकास निगम के वरिष्ठ प्रबन्धकों/सहायक अभियन्ताओं/राजस्व विभाग के पटवारियों व कानूनगो के लिए विभागीय परीक्षा का आयोजन समय सारणी अनुबन्ध-"क" के अनुसार हिमाचल प्रदेश विभागीय परीक्षा बोर्ड, हिपा फेयर लान्ज, शिमला-171012 द्वारा दिनांक 19-09-2022 से 28-09-2022 तक किया जा रहा है। उम्मीदवारों की सुविधा के लिए वित्तीय प्रशासन पर्चा संख्या-1 का आयोजन शिमला के अलावा मण्डी तथा धर्मशाला में भी किया जाना है। इन परीक्षाओं का आयोजन हिमाचल प्रदेश विभागीय परीक्षा नियम, 1997 जोकि समय-समय पर संशोधित किए गए हैं, के अन्तर्गत किया जाएगा।
अतः समस्त इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रतिदिन, प्रातः का सत्र ठीक 10.00 बजे तथा सायं का 2.00 बजे बाद दोपहर आरम्भ होगा। जो उम्मीदवार विभागीया परीक्षा में बैठना चाहते हैं वे अपना आवेदन आन लाईन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से मानव सम्पदा पोर्टल पर कर सकते हैं। आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया 13-07-2022 को शुरू होगी व प्रार्थी 16-08-2022 तक आवेदन कर पाएंगे। तत्पश्चात पर््राथियों के लिए आवेदन की विन्डो स्वतः ही बन्द हो जाएगी। प्रार्थी का आवदेन तभी मान्य होगा जब विभाग द्वारा उन्हें अनुमोदित किया जाएगा। विभाग प्रार्थी द्वारा किए गए आवदेन को 22-08-2022 तक अनुमोदित कर पाएंगे। इसके उपरान्त विभागाध्यक्ष की विन्डो भी बन्द हो जाएगी। अभ्यर्थी के प्रवेश पत्र स्वतः ही मानव सम्पदा की साईट पर प्रार्थी के खाते में प्रदर्शित हो जाएंगे। यदि किसी का प्रपत्र अधूरा पाया जाता है तो उसे रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

No. SEC(F)1/2019-II-2491-2724.—In exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243K of Constitution of India, Section 131 and 160 of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and Rule 32 of Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994, the State Election Commission Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies the election programme for the conduct of by- elections to fill up the up to date vacancies in the Panchayati Raj Institutions of the State as under:—

| 2. | The nomination papers shall be presented; | On 25th, 26th and 27th July, 2022 (between 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.). Nomination papers shall be filed at the place and before the officers appointed by the Returning Officer. |
| 3. | The nomination papers shall be scrutinised; | On 28-07-2022 (from 10.00 A.M. onwards) |
| 4. | A candidate may withdraw his candidature; | On 30-07-2022 (between 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.) |
| 5. | The list of contesting candidates shall be prepared and affixed; | On 30-07-2022 immediately after the time of withdrawal is over. The list of contesting candidates will show the name of symbols allotted to them. |
| 6. | The list of polling stations shall be pasted | The list of polling stations shall be published and pasted on or before 25-07-2022. |
| 7. | The Poll, if necessary shall be held; | On 10-08-2022 (between 8.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.) |
| 8. | The counting, in the event of poll shall be done; | Counting of votes for the posts of Members, Up-Pradhan and Pradhan of Gram Panchayat shall be taken up on the date of poll immediately after the close of poll at Gram Panchayat Headquarters. Counting of votes for members Panchayat Samiti and Member Zila Parishad shall be taken up on 12-08-2022 at respective Development Block Headquarters. Counting shall start at 9.00 A.M. and would continue (for a constituency) until it is completed. |
| 9. | The result of election shall be declared; | The result of elections of Members, UP-Pradhan and Pradhan of Gram Panchayat shall be declared immediately after the counting is over. The result of elections to Panchayat Samiti Members shall be declared at the Block Headquarters immediately after the counting process is over. T he result of election to Zila Parishad shall be declared in accordance with the provisions contained in rule 75(vi) of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994. |
The electoral rolls earlier updated with 01-06-2022 as qualifying date shall be used for the conduct of these elections. However any eligible elector can apply for inclusion of his name under Rule 24(3) of the ibid Rules to the District Election Officers (Panchayats) after paying fee of rupees two in cash against receipt or for correction under Rule 23 of the Rules ibid in the electoral roll not later than nine days before last date fixed for filing of nomination papers. A supplementary list shall be prepared and added to the main electoral rolls on ERMS Software. If there is no inclusion or correction showing 'Nil' inclusion or correction as the case may be shall be attached to the main rolls.
The process of elections shall be completed by 12-08-2022.

No. SEC-16-29/2000-I 2269-2490.—Whereas the State Election Commission has issued election programme for the conduct of by-election to casual vacancies in Panchayati Raj institutions in the State, vide Notification No.SEC (F)1-35/2022, dated 14th July, 2022;
Therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243K of the Constitution of India and Section 160 of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, hereby directs that the Model Code of Conduct as notified by this Commission vide Notification No.SEC-16-29/2000-I-3768, dated 03rd November, 2020 shall come into force with immediate effect in the territorial jurisdiction of those Gram Panchayats, Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad wherein, by elections are scheduled to be held on 10th August, 2022, till the election process is completed, as under:—
