संख्या पीसीएच-एचबी(15) 03/2022 अ0अ0 मंडल बंगाणा (ऊना)-42129-398--राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश पंचायती राज विभाग के अधीन जिला परिषद काडर में गठित तकनीकी विंग को सु–ढ़ करने की –ष्टि से पूर्व में सृजित जिला परिषद मंडल कांगड़ा, स्थित धर्मशाला के अधीन पड़ने वाले जिला कांगड़ा, चंबा, ऊना 83—राजपत्र/2022-18-07-2022 (2755) 2756 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 जुलाई 2022/27 आषाढ़, 1944 व हमीरपुर का विभाजन/पुनर्गठन कर जिला ऊना व हमीरपुर के लिए स्थान बंगाणा में नया जिला परिषद मण्डल जिसका मुख्यावास कार्यालय विकास खण्ड बंगाणा मे स्थित होगा सृजित कर उक्त नव-सृजित जिला परिषद मण्डल बंगाणा के संचालन हेतु जिला परिषद काडर में विभिन्न श्रेणियों के निम्न 12 पद सृजित करने के सहर्ष आदेश करते हैं :-

नव-सृजित मण्डल बंगाणा के कार्यालय हेतु सृजित उक्त श्रेणी के पदों पर अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को देय मासिक वेतन तथा भत्तों पर होने वाला व्यय 5वां राज्य वित्त आयोग मद के वेतन शीर्ष Demand No.20-2515-00-196-04-SOON-V-41 (Salary) under 5th State FC से वहन किया जाएगा।

उक्त मण्डल के सृजन संबन्धी मामले में वित्त विभाग हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के यू0ओ0 संख्या 55638130-Fin-(F)/2022 दिनांक 20-06-2022 तथा प्रदेश मंत्रिमण्डल की बैठक दिनांक 25-06-2022 के मद संख्या 82 के अन्तर्गत वांछित अनुमोदन प्राप्त किया गया है।

Dhundan, Tehsil Arki, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh has filed a case under section 13(3) of Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating therein that her name is Beena Devi2761 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 जुलाई 2022/27 आषाढ़, 1944 born on 04-07-1970 at Village Gohar, P.O. Dhundan, but her birth has not been entered in the records of Gram Panchayat Dhundan, Tehsil Arki, District Solan, H.P. as per the non availability certificate No. 10 issued by the Registrar, Birth and Death Registration, G.P. Dhundan, Tehsil Arki.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the registration of delayed birth event of Beena Devi, may submit their objections in writing in this office on or before 28-07-2022 at 10.00 A.M., failing which no objection will be entertained after date of hearing.
