No. EXN-F(10)-5/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 50 read with Section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to notify the rate of interest per annum to be 'Nil', for the class of registered persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table given below, who were required to furnish the statement in FORM GSTR-8, but failed to furnish the said statement for the months mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table by the due date, for the period mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (4) of the said Table, namely:—

No. TPT-F (5)-13/2018.—In partial modification of this department's notification of even number dated 22-7-2020, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act. No. 59 of 1988) is pleased to direct the State Transport Authority, Himachal Pradesh and all Regional Transport Authorities in Himachal Pradesh for charging the minimum fare of Rs. 5/- for first two kilometers in place of Rs. 7/- as fixed earlier for first three kilometers in all Stage Carriage bus services in the State of Himachal Pradesh in the public interest.

अतः इस इश्तहार हजा द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को श्रीमती बिमला देवी पुत्री श्री दुर्गु राम के जन्म का इन्द्राज दर्ज करवाने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 17-08-2022 को सुबह 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी एतराज समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत को पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
