संख्याः आर.डी.(जी)1-1/2022.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, जिला सोलन के वर्तमान विकास खण्ड, धर्मपुर और नालागढ़ को विभाजित/पुनर्गठित करके नया विकास खण्ड, पट्टा में खोलने की स्वीकृृति जनहित में निम्न प्रकार से सहर्ष प्रदान करते हैं :-

जब तक पंचायत समिति की 5 वर्ष की अवधि पूर्ण नहीं हो जाती तब तक नव सृजित विकास खण्ड पट्टा की 23 ग्राम पंचायतों के पंचायत समिति सदस्य, पंचायत समिति धर्मपुर और नालागढ़ के अन्तर्गत ही रहेंगे।

नव सृजित विकास खण्ड पट्टा के लिए निम्न पदो के सृजन की भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाती हैः-

क्रमांक संख्या 1 से 9 व 11 से 13 पर अंकित सृजित पदों का वेतन मुख्य शीर्ष 2515-00- 102-01-सून (CD) of RD Non Plan तथा क्रमांक 10 की नियुक्ति अनुबन्ध आधार पर मनरेगा कार्यक्रम के प्रशासनिक मद में से ग्रामीण विकास विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एस0एम0आई0-9/99-2007- आर0डी0डी0, दिनांक 14-09-2007 द्वारा जारी नीति व दिशा-निर्देशों तथा अधिसूचना संख्या आर0डी0डी0- 111-बी(15)4/2013-Vol-V-5594-5769, दिनांक 9-10-2017 के अनुसार वहन किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त नव सृजित विकास खण्ड पट्टा का कार्यालय भवन लोक निर्माण विभाग के अनुसार निर्धारित मापदण्डों के अनुसार किराये पर लिया जाए।

संख्याः राजस्व-डी(एफ) 4-8/2017-पार्ट (मण्डी).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की यह राय है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है कि जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश में एक नया भूव्यवस्था मण्डल मण्डी सृजित किया जाए, ताकि नजदीक के गांवों के लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सके और जिससे उनको होने वाली किसी असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण हो सके;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश में भूव्यवस्था मण्डल कांगड़ा के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन निम्न स्तम्भ संख्या 5 में दर्शाए गए 5 जिलों से गठित, भूव्यवस्था मण्डल कांगड़ा से तीन जिलों और भू-व्यवस्था मण्डल शिमला से एक जिले को अन्नय रूप से और लाहौल एवं स्पिति के कुछ हिस्सों को जो दोनों विद्यमान भू-व्यवस्था मण्डलों के अंतर्गत आते हैं, को अपवर्जित करके, नया भू-व्यवस्था मण्डल जिसका मुख्यालय मण्डी में होगा, का तुरन्त प्रभाव से सृजन करते हैं :-

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-02, the 26th August, 2022

No. Rev-D(F) 4-8/2017-Part-(MND).—WHEREAS, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to create a new Settlement Division in District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, so as to provide better services to the people of nearby areas and to avoid any inconvenience being faced by them and to have better administrative control;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to create a new Settlement Division Mandi with its headquarter at Mandi under administrative control of Settlement Division Kangra in District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, consisting of 5 District shown in column No. 5 below by excluding three districts from Settlement Division Kangra and one district from Settlement Division Shimla exclusively and parts of Lahaul & Spiti falls under both existing Settlement Divisions with immediate effect:—
