उपरोक्त विषय से सम्बंधित तकसीम भूमि की मिसल अधोहस्ताक्षरी के पास विचाराधीन है। जिसमें उपरोक्त प्रतिवादीगण को बार-बार समन जारी किए गए परन्तु हर बार समन बिना तामील के वापिस प्राप्त हुए है। इसलिए अदालत हजा को पूर्ण विश्वास हो चुका है कि उक्त प्रतिवादी की तामील साधारण तरीका से नहीं हो सकती साथ ही प्रार्थी उनका सही पता पेश करने में असमर्थ है।
