संख्याः राजस्व-डी(एफ)4-11/2019-लूज-(मण्डी).--हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-अभिलेख नियमावली, 1992 के पैरा 3.18 में वर्णित/निर्दिष्ट प्रावधानों/मानकों में छूट देते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जिला मंडी की 171—राजपत्र/2022-10-11-2022 (7425) 7426 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 नवम्बर 2022/19 कार्तिक, 1944 करसोग तहसील के अन्तर्गत सात (7) नये पटवार वृा मण्डप नामतः मतेहल, सनारली, मनोला, काण्डी-III, भलेरा, नवींधार (बाग) व कुठेहड़ का अनुलग्नक-'क' में दिए गए विवरण अनुसार खोलने/सृजन करने का सहर्ष आदेश देते हैं। इन पटवार वृाों हेतु सात (7) पद पटवारी वेतनमान मु0 20,200-64,000/-(Level-3), मांग संख्याः 5, मुख्यशीर्ष-2029-00-103-04 (गैर-योजना) एवं 7 पद अंशकालिक कार्यकर्ता (part time worker) के सृजन की भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाती है।

No. 11-23/84(Lab)ID/2022-Una.—It appears to the undersigned that an industrial dispute exists between Shri Sukhdev Raj s/o Shri Kishan Chand, r/o V.P.O. Basal (Khawara), Tehsil & District Una, H.P. and the Managing Director, M/s Inox Wind Limited, Plot No.-1, Khasra No.-264-267, Industrial Area, V.P.O. Basal, Tehsil & District Una, H.P. on the issue of alleged illegal termination from services w.e.f. 29-02-2020 vide letter dated 07-03-2020 after conducting domestic enquiry.

As per the report under section-12(4) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 submitted by the Labour Inspector-cum-Conciliation Officer, Una, District Una, H.P., he tried his level best to settle the dispute during conciliation proceedings but could not succeed. प्रार्थी श्री अक्षय कुमार पुत्र श्री बृज मोहन, निवासी गांव खाड़ी खनोल, डाकघर कुनिहार, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश तथा नैन्सी पुत्री श्री मनसा राम, निवासी वार्ड नम्बर 1, नगर पंचायत अर्की, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन (हि0प्र0) ने इस अदालत में विशेष विवाह पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 5 के अन्तर्गत विवाह हेतु नोटिस दिया है।

अतः आम जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त प्रार्थीगण के विवाह करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 17-11-2022 को या इससे पूर्व अपना लिखित अथवा मौखिक एतराज इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। निर्धारित अवधि की समाप्ति उपरान्त उपरोक्त प्रार्थीगण को विवाह की अनुमति जारी कर दी जाएगी।

Sh. Ram Lal s/o Shri Nek Ram., r/o Vill. Shewla, P.O. Nayagram, Sub-Tehsil Parwanoo, District Solan (H.P.) has filed an application under section 13(3) of the Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith letter of the Chief Medical Officer Solan, affidavits, copies of certificates and proclamation charges, stating therein that his father Sh. Nek Ram s/o Sh. Shukoo Ram expired on 01-08-2020 at their residence in Village Shewla, P.O. Nayagram, Sub-Tehsil Parwanoo, District Solan (H.P.) within stipulated time period. He has prayed for issuing necessary orders to the Gram Panchayat Mehlon, Sub-Tehsil Parwanoo, District Solan (H.P.) for entering the same in the records.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having objection regarding registering the date of death of Sh. Nek Ram s/o Late Sh. Shukoo Ram r/o Village Shewla, P.O. Nayagram, Sub-Tehsil Parwanoo, District Solan (H.P.) can raise objection in this court on or before 28-11-2022, failing which no objection shall be entertained.
