"In pursuance of Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of India, I, Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Governor of Himachal Pradesh, hereby appoint Sh. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu to be the Chief Minister of the State of Himachal Pradesh".

सं. 308/हि.प्र.-वि.स./2022.--यतः, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 15 की उप धारा (2) के अधीन हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल द्वारा दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 2022 को जारी अधिसूचना सं0 3-23/2022-ई0एल0एन0 के अनुसरण में, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य के लिए एक नई विधान सभा का गठन करने के प्रयोजन से एक साधारण निर्वाचन कराया जा चुका है; और 8160 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 12 दिसम्बर 2022/21 मार्गशीर्ष, 1944 यतः, उक्त साधारण निर्वाचन में सभी 68 विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में निर्वाचनों के परिणाम सम्बन्धित रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों द्वारा घोषित किये जा चुके हैं;

अतः, अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 73 के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद्‌द्वारा उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से निर्वाचित सदस्यों के नाम, उनकी दल संबद्धता, यदि कोई हो, के साथ इस अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में अधिसूचित करता है।

No. 308/HP-LA/2022.—Whereas, in pursuance of the Notification No. 3-23/2022-ELN, issued by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh on 17th October, 2022 under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), a General Election has been held for the purpose of constituting a new Legislative Assembly for the State of Himachal Pradesh; and

Whereas, the results of the elections in all the 68 Assembly Constituencies in the said General Election have been declared by the Returning Officers concerned;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 73 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby notifies the names of the Members elected from those constituencies, alongwith their party affiliation, if any, in the SCHEDULE to this Notification.
