अतः इस इश्तहार हजा द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को श्रीमती ज्योति पत्नी श्री विक्की के पुत्र राहुल की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 23-12-2022 को सुबह 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी एतराज समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश सम्बन्धित नगर पंचायत को पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

प्रेम चन्द पुत्र अंज्ञाल, गांव व डा0 जिस्पा, तहसील लाहौल, जिला लाहौल एवं स्पिति (हि0प्र0) ने एक आवेदन शपथ पत्र सहित (बराए नाम दुरुस्ती) इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है जिसमें उन्होंने उल्लेख किया है कि उनका नाम पंचायत परिवार रजिस्टर नकल में ठिल्ले उर्फ प्रेम चन्द है। पर भू-राजस्व अभिलेख पटवार वृत्त दारचा महाल जिस्पा में ठिल्ले दर्ज है। दोनाें नाम एक ही व्यक्ति विशेष के हैं, यानि मेरे ही हैं। दो नामों के चलते मुझे बड़ी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अतः प्रार्थी भू-राजस्व अभिलेख पटवार वृत्त दारचा महाल जिस्पा में अपना नाम ठिल्ले के स्थान पर ठिल्ले उर्फ प्रेम चन्द दर्ज करवाना चाहता है। जिस सन्दर्भ में क्षेत्रीय अभिकरण की छानबीन रिपोर्ट अनुसार ठिल्ले और ठिल्ले उर्फ प्रेम चन्द एक ही व्यक्ति के नाम हैं, इसलिए नाम को दुरुस्त कर ठिल्ले उर्फ प्रेम चन्द दर्ज किया जाना उचित है।

अतः इस नोटिस द्वारा आम जनता एवं सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को प्रार्थी के नाम को भू-राजस्व अभिलेख पटवार वृत्त दारचा महाल जिस्पा में दुरुस्त करके ठिल्ले उर्फ प्रेम चन्द दर्ज करने में कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह इस अदालत में दिनांक 26-12-2022 तक असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। अन्यथा मुताबिक दस्तावेजों व क्षेत्रीय अभिकरण की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर प्रार्थी के नाम को भू-राजस्व अभिलेख पटवार वृत्त दारचा महाल जिस्पा में दुरुस्त करके ठिल्ले के स्थान पर ठिल्ले उर्फ प्रेम चन्द दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जायेंगे।8236 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 16 दिसम्बर 2022/25 मार्गशीर्ष, 1944 आज दिनांक 26-11-2022 को हमारे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी किया गया। मोहर।
