No. EDN(TE)B(2)6/2013.— In supersession of all previous notifications issued by the Department and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the 06—राजपत्र/2023-10-04-2023 (135)136 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 अपै्रल 2023/20 चैत्र, 1945 Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board Act, 1986 (Act No. 14 of 1986), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to re-constitute the Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board with immediate effect. The above Board shall consist of the following members:—

The terms and conditions in respect of Members are as under:—

1. The term of the office of members other than ex-officio members shall be three years.

2. In any selected member ceases for any reason to be a member of the Legislative Assembly from which he was elected, he shall cease to be a member and his office shall become vacant.

3. Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, an outgoing member shall, unless the election, nomination or co-option of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette.

4. If the Government considers that the continuance in office of any nominated member is not in the interest of the Board, the Government may, after giving him a reasonable opportunity of being heard, make an order terminating his nomination and thereupon he shall cease to be a member of the Board notwithstanding that the terms for which he was nominated has not expired.

5. Any member of the Board may resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairman. The resignation shall take effect from the date of acceptance of his resignation by the Chairman.

6. In the event of a casual vacancy occurring by reason of death, resignation or termination of nomination of a member or for any other reason, such vacancy shall be filled by election, nomination or co-option, as case may be, and any person so selected, nominated or co-opted to fill such vacancy shall hold office for the term for which it was tenable by the person in whose place he has been so elected, nominated or co- opted.

7. An outgoing member shall be eligible for re-election, re-nomination or re-co-option.

8. The name of every person elected, nominated or co-opted shall be notified in the official Gazette.

(iii) Superintending Engineers, PWD/IPH/HPSEBL and Conservator of Forests of the District.

3. Functions of the Committee:

The District Planning, Development and 20 Point Programme Review Committee will function as the Policy and Planning Council at the district level to give directions to the Administrative and Technical Personnel besides according approval, overseeing the implementation in terms of monitoring and review in respect of developmental schemes/Programmes and 20-Point Programme to be executed at district level. The Committee will also have the final authority to approve the shelf of schemes/projects under various decentralized planning programmes including Backward Area Sub-Plan. The meeting of the Committee will be held on quarterly basis as per date and venue fixed by the Chairman. The recommendations and suggestions of this committee will be sent to all the concerned Heads of Departments for taking appropriate action with a copy to Planning Department, H.P.

4. Conditions Governing TA/DA:

The Officials Members shall be entitled for TA/DA as admissible under the rules.

No. STE-F(1)-1/2019.—In partial modification of this Department's notification of even number dated 18-04-2022, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to incorporate the following amendments in the Fuel Policy for Industries in the State of Himachal Pradesh in the Annexure-A.

1. Amendment in Page-2.—Under the heading "USAGE OF PET COKE" the following point is included/added in the end:—

• In any case the sulphur content in the pet coke fuel being used by the industry shall not be more than 7 % so as to achieve 90 % reduction as per the State Fuel Policy as per the controlled SO2 emissions figures in the table below:

All the units for emissions are in Tonnes/day.

1. Amendment in Page-3.— [A] In para under the heading "PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF TYRE PYROLYSIS OIL AND LDO" namely:—

(a) the word 'LSHS' appearing in the first line shall be deleted.

(b) the following shall be added in the end:—

"Units using Tyre Pyrolysis Oil AND LDO shall shift to other permitted fuels as per the timelines given in the Table-I."

[B] the word 'LSHS' is added under the heading 'OPTIONAL CLEANER FUEL' after point (viii).

1. Amendment in Page-4.—Under the Heading "The Following terms and conditions shall be followed"- the following namely:—

The word 'LSHS' appearing at point no. (ii) shall be deleted.

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को उक्त व्यक्ति के नाम परिवर्तन बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह अपना उजर नोटिस प्रकाशन के एक माह के भीतर या पूर्व किसी भी कार्य दिवस के दिन न्यायालय में पेश कर सकता है। बाद मियाद गुजरने कोई भी एतराज काबिले लिहाज न होगा तथा पटवारी हल्का सिलहरी के राजस्व रिकार्ड में जगदीश चन्द उर्फ जगदीश शर्मा पुत्र श्री देवी प्रसाद दर्ज करने के आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।
