Vinod Chauhan, Assistant Director (Radiation Safety), IGMC, Shimla as Secretary of the State Allied and Healthcare Council Himachal Pradesh.
The rest of members (Non-official) shall be nominated as per the provision of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 to the State Allied and Healthcare Council, Himachal Pradesh in due course of time.

No. HHC/Rules/HC Staff Cars Rules-2014.—Hon'ble the Acting Chief justice is pleased to make the following amendments in the "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Use, Maintenance and Control of Staff Cars), Rules, 2014":—
| Short Title | 1. | These Rules shall be called the "High Court of Himachal Pradesh (Use, Maintenance and Control of Staff Cars) 4th Amendment Rules, 2023." |
| Commencement | 2. | These Rules shall come into force with immediate effect. |
| Amendment | 3. | (i) The proviso to Rule 10(g)(i) shall stand deleted. ( ii) The Rule 10 (h) shall be substituted as under:— "Without prejudice to the official requirements, the Judge's relief vehicle or general pool vehicle, if available, at the discretion of the Chief Justice or the Judge authorized by the Chief Justice to allow such use, may be allowed to be used by the visiting Chief Justice or Judge of the Supreme Court for a period of five days in a fortnight to perform journeys within and outside the limits of Shimla Municipal Corporation. The usage of the same shall be on fuel basis, as provided in Rule 10(g)(i)". |
