Note:—
1. One plate of meat/chicken curry should have 200 grams net meat pieces i.e. atleast minimum 5 pieces and 100 grams of gravy.
2. Matar Paneeer, Palak Paneer etc. must have atleast 100 grams cheese.
3. In the packed commodities i.e. bread / milk etc., the price, date of packing should be as W & M Commodities package Act, 1976.
4. Every dealer/shopkeeper shall display the price list of these commodities at the entrance of the business premises, which should be duly singed by the owner/manager.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The element of expenditure, incurred/actually paid by a dealer to be taken into account for computing the landed cost of the commodities listed above i.e.:—
(i) Purchase Price, (ii) Freight, (iii) Central/Local Taxes/GST, (iv) Loading, un- loading, Carriage, (v) Market Fee, (vi) interest on capital@ 1% for Wholesaler and Retailer on item No.1 to 5 above, (vii) Other incidental charges @1% for Wholesaler and Retailer on item No. 1 to 5 above, (viii) 1% shortage will be allowed for wholesaler and Retailer.
Note.—This condition will not be applicable on fruits and vegetables, as all incidental charges have already been included in their retail margin of profit.
2. The dealer engaged in Wholesale as well as in retail sale business shall charge only one margin of profit on the transaction i.e. wholesale margin on wholesale transaction and retail sale margin on retail sale transaction. The wholesale margin shall be allowed at one stage only at one particular station.

श्री कुलभूषण पुत्र ईशवर दत पुत्र भीखा, निवासी ग्राम महाल घरयाणा, डा0 सुन्नी, तहसील सुन्नी, जिला शिमला, द्वारा इस कार्यालय को प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसकी बहन कुमारी नीतू पुत्री ईशवर दत महाल घरयाणा में उसके घर से माह जुलाई, 2010 से लापता है। आवेदन पत्र की छानबीन इस कार्यालय की क्षेत्रीय इकाई हल्का कानूनगो सुन्नी से करवाई गई। मुताबिक रिपोर्ट हल्का गिरदावर, ब्यान वाशिन्दगान व रिपोर्ट प्रभारी थाना सुन्नी के कुमारी नीतू पुत्री श्री ईश्वर दत पिछले लगभग 12 साल से लापता है। प्रार्थी ने निवेदन किया है कि मेरी बहन के नाम मौजा घरयाणा, डवारसू, पल्याड दोयम व कांगरी, तहसील सुन्नी से स्थित पूर्ण अराजी/जायदाद इन्तकाल मकफुद-उल-खबरी सभी जायज वारसानों के पक्ष में हिस्सानुसार दर्ज व तस्दीक किया जाए।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि प्रार्थी का नाम पटवार वृत्त बड़ागांव के राजस्व सम्पदा बड़ागांव के अराजी खाता/खतौनी नं0 125/301 में सुरेश कुमार के स्थान पर सुरेश चन्द दर्ज करवाने बारे किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह मिति 02-06-2023 को प्रातः 11.00 बजे तक अथवा इस तिथि से पूर्व किसी कार्य दिवस में असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है अन्यथा इस तिथि तक कोई भी एतराज पेश न होने की सूरत में प्रार्थी का नाम कागजात माल में दुरुस्त करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

Therefore, the objection are hereby invited from the General Public through this notice, that if anyone has any objection regarding registration of this marriage, they can file their objections personally or in writing before the court of undersigned on or before 12-06-2023. After that no objection shall be entertained and marriage will be registered accordingly.

प्रार्थिया श्रीमती सरिता पुत्री स्व0 श्री जगदीश हाल पत्नी श्री मनोज कुमार, निवासी ग्राम कुफरी धार, डा0 घणाहट्टी, तहसील व जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 ने दिनांक 01-04-2023 को प्रार्थना-पत्र इस आशय के साथ इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है कि भू-राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा कनोडी व अरलोट में प्रार्थिया का नाम सीता पुत्री स्व0 श्री जगदीश दर्ज माल कागजात है जो कि गलत है। प्रार्थिया के प्रार्थना-पत्र को छानबीन हेतु पटवारी हल्का हलोग को भेजा गया। मुताबिक रिपोर्ट पटवारी प्रार्थिया का नाम मौजा कनोडी व अरलोट में सीता पुत्री स्व0 श्री जगदीश दर्ज है परन्तु शादी से पूर्व ग्राम पंचायत हलोग धामी की परिवार नकल में प्रार्थिया का नाम सीता दर्ज है जबकि प्रार्थिया द्वारा प्रस्तुत किये शपथ-पत्र, आधार कार्ड, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, पहचान-पत्र व शादी के उपरान्त ग्राम पंचायत चनावग की परिवार नकल के अनुसार प्रार्थिया का नाम सरिता है जो सही है। उपरोक्त तथ्यों के आधार पर मौजा कनोडी व अरलोट में प्रार्थिया का नाम सीता उर्फ सरिता पुत्री स्व0 श्री जगदीश दर्ज किया जाना वाजिब है।
