No. PCH-HA(1)9/2008-II-Parivar Register/Ration Card.—Section 4(4)(b)(ii) of the Central Aadhaar (Targeted delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 41—राजपत्र/2023-29-05-2023 (1385)1386 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 मई 2023/08 ज्येष्ठ, 1945 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), allows performing authentication on voluntary basis, for such purpose, as the Central Government in consultation with the Authority, and in the interest, may prescribe.

Whereas for such purpose Government of India has framed the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation Knowledge) Rules, 2020 wherein the State Government can seek permission under the said rules to use Aadhaar on Voluntary basis.

Whereas Government of India vide Official Memorandum eF. No.13(4)/2020-EG-II(Vol- XII) dated 9th December, 2022 has conveyed the approval of the competent authority to allow Parivar Register (Him Parivar) for performance of Aadhaar authentication services, on voluntary basis, for authentication of residents, using Yes/No authentication facility or/ and e-KYC authentication facility, as members of individual families whose name are either entered in or to be entered in or updated in the online digital repository of families in the State of Himachal Pradesh for availing and proactive delivery of benefits of government schemes in the State.

Now, therefore, the Government of Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies that Parivar Register (Him Parivar) can seek Aadhaar authentication on voluntary basis, for the purpose of identification as per rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation Knowledge) Rules, 2020.

The Director rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department, Government of H.P. shall separately notify the methods of identification in case the claimants does not intend to authenticate using his Aadhaar.

The consent form to be collected from the claimants is specified in schedule "A"

I also give my consent for using my Aadhaar Number for disbursement of benefits through DBT for the Government Welfare Scheme notified under sec 7 of Aadhaar Act. The consent and purpose of collecting Aadhaar has been explained to me in local language. The department has informed me that my Aadhaar shall not be used for any purpose other than mentioned above.

I have been given other alternative means by the department for KYC purposes including physical KYC by submitting officially valid documents and I have voluntarily chosen Aadhaar based KYC.

I understand' that the Biometrics and/or OTP I provide for authentication shall be used only for authenticating my identity through the Aadhaar Authentication system for that specific transaction and for no other purposes.

Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith relevant records and affidavits stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 18-12-2019 at their place of residence with prevailing rites and customs but due to some un-avoidable circumstances it could not be entered in the records of Gram Panchayat Kuthed, Development Block Mehla, Distt. Chamba, H.P. well in time.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the registrar of marriages and now, therefore, necessary order for the registration of their marriage be passed, so that their marriage could be registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, objections are invited from the general public that if, anyone has nay objection regarding the registration of marriage of above named applicants, they should appear before the undersigned in my court on or before 14-06-2023 at 2.00 P.M. either personally or through their authorised agent/pleader.
