विषय.--दुरुस्ती नाम हि0 प्र0 रा0 अधिनियम, 1954 की जेर धारा 37(1) के तहत महाल शाहपुर में नाम दुरुस्ती बारे।

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा बारे प्रार्थिया ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है जिसमें लिखा है कि उसका सही नाम श्वेता चौधरी पुत्री विजय कुमार है जबकि महाल शाहपुर के राजस्व अभिलेख में उसका नाम कुमारी श्वेता पुत्री विजय कुमार पुत्र रतन चन्द दर्ज है जोकि गलत इन्द्राज हुआ है। प्रार्थिया उक्त महाल में उक्त नाम को सही करके कुमारी श्वेता उपनाम श्वेता चौधरी पुत्री विजय कुमार पुत्र रतन चन्द से दर्ज करवाना चाहती है।

उपरोक्त उनवानवाला मुकद्दमा में प्रार्थी श्री राजमल पुत्र चिंगू राम, निवासी गांव/महाल कलैहडू, तहसील लडभड़ोल, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) नेे इस अदालत में दिनांक 04-05-2023 को प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत करते हुए अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र में निवेदन किया है कि प्रार्थी के पिता का वास्तविक नाम चिंगू राम है परन्तु प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख मुहाल कलैहडू में चिंगू ही दर्ज हो चुका है जोकि गलत दर्ज हुआ है। प्रार्थी ने अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र के समर्थन में अवाहन पत्र तलबाना, नकल जमाबन्दी, शिक्षा प्रमाण-पत्र, आधार कार्ड व परिवार नकल भाग-1 साथ संलग्न कर रखे हैं। अब प्रार्थी ने अपने पिता के नाम की दुरुस्ती के आदेश चाहे हैं।

Whereas, Sunil Sharma s/o Late Shri Bhagat Ram, r/o Village Patrog, P.O. Dhamandari, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla (H.P.) has moved an appeal u/s 14 of Land Revenue Act, against the order dated 07-10-2019 whereby the application moved by the applicant for correction of revenue record has been dismissed. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant for setting aside the order dated 07-10-2019 passed by the Ld.
