संख्या एल0एल0आर0-ई(9)-2/2017-लेज.--श्री गोपाल सिंह नेगी, अधिवक्ता को इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एल0 एल0 आर0-ई(9)-1/98-लेज दिनांक 21-11-2002 द्वारा पब्लिक नोटरी नियुक्त 55—राजपत्र/2023-15-06-2023 (2189) 2190 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जून 2023/25 ज्येष्ठ, 1945 किया गया था और उनको जिला किन्नौर की क्षेत्रीय सीमाओं के भीतर व्यवसाय करने के लिए प्राधि—त किया गया था और उनका नाम नोटरी के रजिस्टर में क्रम संख्या 155 पर प्रविष्ट किया गया था और उनका व्यवसाय प्रमाण-पत्र 06-01-2023 तक विधिमान्य था ।

श्री गोपाल सिंह नेगी, अधिवक्ता ने अपने पत्र दिनांक 17-05-2023 द्वारा सूचित किया है कि वह अपने नोटरी व्यवसाय प्रमाण-पत्र का नवीनीकरण नहीं कराना चाहते हैं।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 10 (क) और नोटरी नियम, 1956 के नियम 13 (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री गोपाल सिंह नेगी, नोटरी, जिला किन्नौर का नाम नोटरी के रजिस्टर से तुरन्त प्रभाव से हटाए जाने का आदेश करते हैं ।

No. LLR-E(9)- 2/2017-Leg.—WHEREAS, Sh. Gopal Singh Negi, Advocate was appointed as Notary vide Notification No. LLR-E(9)-1/98-Leg. Dated 21-11-2002 and authorised to practice as such within the territorial limits of District Kinnaur and his name was entered at serial No. 155 in the Register of Notaries and his certificate of practice was valid up-to 06-01-2023;

AND WHEREAS, Sh. Gopal Singh Negi, Advocate vide his letter dated 17-05-2023 has intimated that he doesn't want to renew his Notary license;

NOW, therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(a) of the Notaries Act, 1952 and rule 13(13) of the Notaries Rules, 1956, order the removal of the name of Sh. Gopal Singh Negi, Notary, District Kinnaur from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect.

No. EDN(TE)A(9)3/2014.—In supersession of this Department's notification No. EDN(TE)A(9)3/2014 dated 1st September, 2022, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of powers vested in him under Sections 16 and 18 of the Himachal Pradesh Technical University Act, 2014 (Act No. 2 of 2015) is pleased to constitute the Board of Governor in respect of Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur, in public interest with immediate effect, as under :—

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to notify the terms and conditions in respect of Board of Governors as under:— 1. The Board shall ordinarily meet not less than four times during a calendar year.

2. The meetings of the Board shall be convened by the Chairperson.

3. The one-third members amongst the notified members of the Board shall form the quorum.

4. The members of the Board shall be entitled to such allowances, if any, and the sitting fee from the University as may be provided in the Regulations.

5. The term of a nominated member of the Board shall be three years form the date of his nomination.

6. The Ex-officio member shall continue to be a member so long as he holds the office by virtue of which he is the member of the Board.

7. Any vacancy in the Board occurring before the next reconstitution or before the expiry of the prescribed period shall be filled in the same manner as provided in sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Act ibid and such a member shall hold office for the remainder of the terms of the member in whose place he is nominated.

8. The member shall be eligible for re-nomination for the next term.

9. Any member may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairperson of the Board and his resignation shall take effect from the date, it is accepted by the Chairperson of the Board.
