सं0 पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5) 41/2018.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार का सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव खुन्नी पनोली, 89—राजपत्र/2023-28-07-2023 (4451) 4452 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 जुलाई 2023/06 श्रावण, 1945 उप-तहसील ननखड़ी, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश में राई बाहली खुन्नी पनोली सड़क़ के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-19 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचना हेतु की जाती है तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-19 के अधीन भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता (शिमला क्षेत्र) लो0नि0वि0, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन करने का निदेश दिया जाता है। 3. भूमि रेखांक का निरीक्षण भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता (शिमला क्षेत्र), लोक निर्माण विभाग, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस को किया जा सकता है।

श्री कर्मा पुत्र श्री सोनम, मूल निवासी गांव व डा0 मुंगू, जिला मुंगू आंचल करनाली नेपाल, हाल निवासी हाऊस नं0 110, वार्ड नं0 5, माडल टाऊन मनाली, तहसील मनाली, जिला कुल्लू (हि0प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में अपनी जन्म तिथि का पंजीकरण करने बारे आवेदन-पत्र, मय शपथ-पत्र गुजारा है कि उनका जन्म दिनांक 01-01-1964 को हुआ है परन्तु नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के जन्म व मृत्यु पंजीकरण अभिलेख में दर्ज नहीं है जिसे अब वह दर्ज करवाना चाहते हैं। इस बाबत मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली व क्षेत्रीय अभिकरणों से छानबीन करवाई गई तथा पाया गया कि श्री कर्मा पुत्र श्री सोनम की जन्म तिथि 01-01-1964 है, तथा जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने बारे सिफारिश की गई है।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को श्री कर्मा पुत्र श्री सोनम की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने बारे आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 20-08-2023 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत हजा में अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा तथा नियमानुसार नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के जन्म तथा मृत्यु पंजीकरण अभिलेख में जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।4461 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 जुलाई 2023/06 श्रावण, 1945 आज दिनांक 17-07-2023 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी हुआ।

तेन्जिन डोलमा पुत्री श्री पेम्पा, निवासी हाऊस नं0 77, वार्ड नं0 7, गोम्पा रोड मनाली, तहसील मनाली, जिला कुल्लू (हि0प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में अपनी जन्म तिथि का पंजीकरण करने बारे आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र गुजारा है कि उनका जन्म दिनांक 04-06-1983 को हुआ है परन्तु नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के जन्म व मृत्यु पंजीकरण अभिलेख में दर्ज नहीं है जिसे अब वह दर्ज करवाना चाहती हैं। इस बाबत मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली व क्षेत्रीय अभिकरणों से छानबीन करवाई गई तथा पाया गया कि श्री तेजिन्न डोलमा पुत्री श्री पेम्पा की जन्म तिथि 04-06-1983 है, तथा जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने बारे सिफारिश की गई है।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को श्री तेन्जिन डोलमा पुत्री श्री पेम्पा की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने बारे आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 20-08-2023 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत हजा में अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा तथा नियमानुसार नगर परिषद्‌ मनाली के जन्म तथा मृत्यु पंजीकरण अभिलेख में जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।

अतः इस इश्तहार राजपत्र द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त नाम दर्ज करने बारा कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन तारीख पेशी 09-08-2023 को सुबह 10.00 बजे हाजिर होकर अपना उजर पेश कर सकता है बसूरत गैरहाजिरी एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर उचित आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
