श्री राम चन्द पुत्र बेलिया, निवासी गांव लहसनी, डाकघर व तहसील सन्धोल, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) द्वारा समस्त औपचारिकताओं सहित इस न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत आवेदन-पत्र में उल्लेख किया है कि इनका वास्तविक नाम राम चन्द है जबकि राजस्व अभिलेख महाल लहसनी में इनका नाम रूडू दर्ज है जो कि गलत है। इसलिये इन्होंने निवेदन किया हैैैैै कि राजस्व अभिलेख महाल लहसनी में दुरुस्ती की जाकर इनका नाम रूडू उर्फ राम चन्द दर्ज किया जाये।

अतः इससे पूर्व कि मामला में भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 37(2) के तहत आगामी आवश्यक कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाए इस नोटिस द्वारा जनसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उपरोक्त मामला में कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह इस न्यायालय में दिनांक 12-09-2023 को प्रातः 10.006191 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 अगस्त 2023/07 भाद्रपद, 1945 बजे असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित होकर अपना उजर/एतराज पेश कर सकता है। अन्यथा गैरहाजिरी की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

श्रीमती भीमा देवी पुत्री श्री परमा राम, निवासी गांव धन्यारा, डाकघर दोघरी, तहसील निहरी, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) का आवेदन-पत्र अतिरिक्त जिला पंजीकार (जन्म एवं मृत्यु) एवं जिला चिकित्सा अधिकारी मण्डी के माध्यम से इस अदालत में प्राप्त हुआ है जिसमें प्रार्थिया श्रीमती भीमा देवी ने अपनी जन्म तिथि 01-05-1964 दर्शाई है परन्तु किसी कारणवश इसकी जन्म तिथि का पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत बोई के रिकार्ड में दर्ज नहीं हो पाया। आवेदन-पत्र की पुष्टि में आवेदिका द्वारा स्वयं का एक ब्यान हल्फी व दो गवाहों के शपथ-पत्र भी प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ संलग्न किए हैं। प्रार्थिया इस न्यायालय के माध्यम से अपनी जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण करवाने के आदेश ग्राम पंचायत बोई में करवाना चाहती है।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से आम जनता तथा सगे-सम्बन्धियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर उपरोक्त नाम पंजीकरण के बारे में किसी भी व्यक्ति विशेष व सगे-सम्बन्धियों को कोई भी उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक पेशी 11-09-2023 को सुबह 10.00 बजे इस न्यायालय में असालतन या वकालतन अपना एतराज अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष उपस्थित होकर या लिखित रूप में पेश कर सकता है। इस तिथि तक कोई भी एतराज पेश न होने की सूरत में नियमानुसार एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर नाम व जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे व उसके उपरान्त कोई भी एतराज न सुना जाएगा। आज दिनांक 09-08-2023 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर सहित जारी हुआ
