No. UD-B(6)-2/2014-L.—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Services Act, 1994 (Act No. 11 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is7880 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 सितम्बर 2023/07 आश्विन, 1945 pleased to order the integration of services of the employees of the Municipal Corporations in the State of Himachal Pradesh, who are working on regular basis against the post mentioned in Schedule-III appended to the Act ibid (copy annexed as Annexure "A" as amended by Himachal Pradesh Municipal Services (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 Notified vide the Notification No.LLR- D(6)-15/2023-loose, dated 23-08-2023.

This shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of Himachal Pradesh Municipal Services (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
