No. UD-F(10)-9/2016.—In pursuance to the Rule 18 under Chapter IV of the Himachal Pradesh Street Vendor Rules, 2016, The Governor Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) for redressal of grievances or resolution of the disputes of the Street Vendors as under:—

1. Sh. S.C. Kainthla, District & Session Judge (Retd.). Chairman 2. Sh. Desh Raj, Retired Executive Officer, M.C. Kangra. Member 3. Sh. Bhagat Singh Thakur s/o Late Sh. Bhilo Ram, r/o Meridian Lodge, Dyerton Estate, Beer Khanna, Kanlog Shimla. Member 4. Director, Urban Development Department, H.P. Member Convenor The terms of Reference (ToR) of the Grievance Redressal Committee shall be as under:—

1. The GRC shall be headquartered at Directorate of Urban Development, Palika Bhawan, Talland, Shimla-2 and provided office space for sitting/meeting purposes.

2. The GRC shall resolve the issues/disputes of the Street Vendors in the State as per Central Act, HP Street Vendor Rules & Scheme, 2016.

3. The tenure of the GRC shall be for a period of 3 years initially.

4. Expenditure for TA/DA shall be as per Government norms and expenditure on this account shall be met out of A& OE component under DAY-NULM. The sitting fee of Rs. 3,000/- per meeting /visit day will be paid to the Chairman and Rs. 2,000/- per meeting/visit day to the members.

5. Maximum sittings in a year shall not exceed more than six.

6. The GRC shall function as per Rules 18, 19 & 20 under Chapter-IV as specified in HP Street Vendor Rules, 2016.

7. The applicant having any dispute related to street vending shall apply on form-IV to the GRC available in H.P. Street Vendor Rules, 2016.

Sh. Joginder Kumar s/o Shri Dharam Pal, c/o Sh. Jitender Sahni s/o Sh. Shree Ram Sahni, Ward No. 7, Rajgarh Road Solan, Tehsil & Distt. Solan presently residing at Village Silhari Musalmana (769) & P.O. Dharampur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan (H.P.) has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13(3) of Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 and section 9(3) of H.P. Birth & Death Registration Rules, 2003 alongwith affidavit and other relevant documents for entering of date of birth of his son Tejusvi Dhariwal s/o Sh. Joginder Kumar and Smt. Mamta Devi, whose date of birth is 01-05-2019 and born at Ward No. 7, Rajgarh Road Solan, Tehsil & District Solan (H.P.) but his date of birth could not be entered in the record of Municipal Corporation Solan, Tehsil & Distt. Solan.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection(s) for the registration of delayed date of birth of Tejusvi Dhariwal s/o Sh. Joginder Kumar and Smt. Mamta Devi, presently residing at Village Silhari Musalmana (769) & P.O. Dharampur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan (H.P) may submit their objection in writing or appear in person in this court on or before 20-10-2023 at 10.00 A.M., failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.

श्रीमती शालू भगानिया पत्नी श्री जीत राम, निवासी 30/6, भगानिया हाऊस, नजदीक डिनगू बोरी, संजौली शिमला (हि0प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र दिया है कि राजस्व अभिलेख ग्राम चन्दपुर, पटवार वृत्त बखालग, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन (हि0प्र0) में उसका नाम मीना पुत्री श्री परस राम दर्ज है जो कि गलत है जबकि मेरा सही नाम शालू पुत्री परस राम है। उसने इसकेे पक्ष में नकल जमाबन्दी चन्दपुर, आधार कार्ड कॉपी, राशन कार्ड कापी, पैन कार्ड कॉपी व शपथ-पत्र अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ संलग्न किए हैं तथा अनुरोध किया है कि राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा चन्दपुर में मेरा नाम मीना पुत्री श्री परस राम के स्थान पर शालू पुत्री श्री परस राम दुरुस्ती की जाये।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रार्थिया के प्रार्थना-पत्र बारे कोई एतराज/आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 10-10-2023 को या इससे पूर्व इस अदालत में अपना एतराज/आपत्ति प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। कोई एतराज/आपत्ति प्रस्तुत न होने की सूरत में यह समझा जायेगा कि प्रार्थिया के प्रार्थना-पत्र बारे किसी को कोई एतराज/आपत्ति नहीं है तथा प्रार्थना-पत्र पर नाम दुरुस्ती के आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।

No. SEC(F)1-35/2022-4990.—In exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243K of Constitution of India, Section 131 and 160 of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and Rule 32 of Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994, the State Election Commission Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies the election programme for the conduct of by-elections to fill up the upto date casual vacancies of Panchayati Raj Institutions of the State. The Election Programme is as under:—

The electoral rolls updated with 01-09-2023 as qualifying date through special revision shall be used for the conduct of these elections in respect of those Panchayats wherein special revision has taken place. But if any casual vacancies have been declared on or after 16-09-2023 in such cases the last finally published electoral rolls shall be used for the conduct of ensuing by-elections. Any eligible person can apply for inclusion of name under Rule 24(3) of the ibid Rules to the District Election Officers (Panchayats) after paying fee of rupees two in cash against receipt, or for correction under Rule 23 of the Rules ibid in the electoral roll not later than nine days before last date fixed for filing of nomination papers.

The process of elections shall be completed by 06-11-2023.

Therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243K of the Constitution of India and Section 160 of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, hereby directs that the Model Code of Conduct as notified by this Commission vide Notification No. SEC-16-29/2000-I-3768, dated 03rd November, 2020 shall come into force with 8106 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 अक्तूबर, 2023/15 आश्विन, 1945 immediate effect wherein, by-elections are scheduled to be held on 5th November, 2023, till the election process is completed, as under:—
