संख्याः जे0एस0वी0-बी(एच)1-4/2023-सोलन.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव बीगड़, ब्राये तामिर पम्प हाऊस एवं भण्डारण टैंक (जे0एस0वी0) मौजा बीगड़, ह0 ब0 नं0 69/814, तहसील व जिला 218—राजपत्र/2023-18-01-2024 (11771) 11772 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 जनवरी 2024/28 पौष, 1945 सोलन हिमाचल प्रदेश में पम्प हाऊस एवं जल भण्डारण टैंक निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएवं एतद्‌द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित विवरणी में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।

2. यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-19 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचना हेतु की जाती है तथा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन भू-समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन करने के आदेश लेने का एतदद्वारा निदेश दिया जाता है ।

3. भूमि रेखांक का निरीक्षण भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

Civil Courts in Winter Zone, comprising of Districts Shimla, Mandi, Bilaspur, Solan (Except the Courts of Additional District & Sessions Judge / Senior Civil Judge / Civil Judge,11781 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 जनवरी 2024/28 पौष, 1945 Nalagarh), Kinnaur, Kangra, Lahaul and Spiti, Chamba, Sirmaur (Except the Courts of Senior Civil Judge / Civil Judge, Paonta Sahib) and Kullu will observe the annual vacation from 21-01-2024 to 18-02-2024.

Civil Courts in Summer Zone comprising of Districts Una, Hamirpur and the Courts of Additional District & Sessions Judge / Senior Civil Judge / Civil Judge, Nalagarh in Solan District and Paonta Sahib in Sirmaur District will observe the annual vacation from 30-06-2024 to 28-07-2024.

Limitation will be regulated as per Section 4 of the Limitation Act, 1963 during the Vacations/ Holidays.

दरख्वास्त.--जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969.

हरगाह आम को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री विरेन्दर दत पुत्र श्री शिवा नन्द, निवासी कमाहं भान्जन, डाकघर गागल शिकोर, तहसील पच्छाद, जिला सिरमौर, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र जिला रजिस्ट्रार एवं मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी नाहन को इस आशय से प्रस्तुत किया था कि उनके पिता श्री शिवा नन्द की मृत्यु की तिथि 09-10-1979 का पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत काटली के मृत्यु रजिस्टर में दर्ज नहीं करवाया जा सका था व अनुरोध किया कि उसका पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत काटली में करवाया जावे। उक्त प्रार्थना-पत्र जिला रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा इस न्यायालय को आगामी कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित किया है।

अतः इससे पूर्व कि उक्त व्यक्ति का पंजीकरण किया जावे इस इश्तहार द्वारा हर आम व खास को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त व्यक्ति की मृत्यु तिथि पंचायत रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह तिथि 20-01-2021 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत में हाजिर होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत को उक्त मृत्यु तिथि दर्ज करने बारे आदेश जारी कर दिए जायेंगे।

. . प्रतिवादी। विषय.--दरख्वास्त पटवार वृत्त मिल्ला के मौजा कोटी उतरउ के राजस्व रिकार्ड में नाम की दुरुस्ती बारे। श्रीमती कलमी देवी पत्नी श्री ढोंटू राम, निवासी कोटी उतरोउ, तहसील शिलाई, जिला सिरमौर (हि0प्र0) ने इस अदालत में दरख्वास्त गुजारी है कि उनके पति/पिता का सही नाम ढोंटू राम पुत्र नत्थूवा है जबकि मौजा कोटी उतरउ, पटवार वृत्त मिल्ला, तहसील शिलाई के राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में उनके पति/पिता का नाम धन्ना पुत्र नत्थूवा दर्ज है जोकि गलत है। जिसे वादीगण दुरुस्त करना चाहते हैं।

अतः सर्वसाधारण जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि आवेदकों के पति/पिता का नाम मौजा कोटी उतरउ, पटवार वृत्त मिल्ला, तहसील शिलाई के राजस्व अभिलेख में धन्ना पुत्र नत्थूवा के स्थान पर ढोंटू राम पुत्र नत्थूवा दर्ज करने बारे अगर किसी को आपत्ति हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अपनी आपत्ति इस अदालत में दिनांक 28-01-2014 को सायं 5.00 बजे तक या इससे पहले दर्ज करवा सकता है। निर्धारित अवधि में आपत्ति न आने की सूरत में राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा कोटी उतरउ, पटवार वृत्त मिल्ला, तहसील शिलाई में आवेदक के पति/पिता का नाम धन्ना पुत्र नत्थूवा के स्थान पर ढोंटू राम पुत्र नत्थूवा दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।
