संख्या ः गृह-सी (एफ) 16-1/2023.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, युद्धाभ्यास और खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (1938 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 5) की धारा 9 की 12584 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 फरवरी 2024/02 फाल्गुन, 1945 उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र जिसे समसंख्यक अधिसूचना, तारीख 16-09-2023, के द्वारा ऐसा क्षेत्र परिनिश्चित किया गया है, 16 सितम्बर, 2028 तक गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास करना प्राधिकृत किया जा सकेगा में, प्रत्येक मास की पहली तारीख से पन्द्रह तारीख तक गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करते हैः--

यह अधिसूचना निम्नलिखित निबंधनों और शर्तों के अध्यधीन जारी की जाती हैः--

1. सेना, अधिकारियों को धार गुण्डर, निथल, थाच, धार कारु और धार बासपा के प्रभावित क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों के विवाह कार्यों और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों के समय फायरिंग व आर्टिलरी अभ्यास में आवश्यक परिवर्तन करना होगा जो कि फायरिंग अभ्यास की निर्धारित अवधि के दौरान आते हैं। 2. एक सेना अधिकारी के नियंत्रणाधीन में सेना के अधिकारियों द्वारा नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित किया जाएगा जो सेना के साथ बेहतर समन्वय के लिए स्थानीय निवासियों के साथ संपर्क करेगा। टिप्पणः--यदि गोला चलाने (फायरिंग) के दौरान जीव/सम्पत्ति को किसी प्रकार का नुकसान/अपहानि होती है तो सेना प्राधिकारी द्वारा इसकी क्षतिपूर्ति की जाएगी।

Shimla-2 the 12th February, 2024

No. HOME-C (F) 16-1/2023.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Act No. 5 of 1938), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to authorize carrying out of field firing and artillery12585 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 फरवरी 2024/02 फाल्गुन, 1945 practice from 1st day to 15th day of every month upto 16th day of September, 2028 in the area specified in the SCHEDULE given below, which has been defined as an area within which field firing and artillery practice may be authorized vide notification of even number dated 16-09-2023.

SCHEDULE

This notification is issued subject to following terms and conditions:—

1. Army, authorities have to make necessary change in case of marriages, functions and other important functions of the villagers of affected area of Dhar Gunder Nithal, Thach, Dhar Karu and Dhar Baspa which fall during the prescribed period of firing practice.

2. Control Room will be set up by the Army authorities under control of an Army Officer who will liaison with the local residents for better coordination with the Army.

Note:—If any kind of damage/harm is caused to life/property during the firing, so compensation will be provided by the Military Authorities .

संख्या ः गृह-सी (एफ) 14-2/2018.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, युद्धाभ्यास और खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (1938 का अधिनियम संख्याक 5) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र जिसे 12586 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 फरवरी 2024/02 फाल्गुन, 1945 समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 19-07-2023, के द्वारा ऐसा क्षेत्र परिनिश्चित किया गया है जहां 6, अगस्त, 2028 तक गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास करना प्राधिकृत किया जा सकेगा, में प्रत्येक मास की पहली तारीख से पन्द्रह तारीख तक गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकृत करते हैः--

यह अधिसूचना निम्नलिखित निबंधनों और शर्तों के अधीन जारी की जाती हैः

1. सेना, अधिकारियों को धार/करजम्पा और कोठी गिउ के प्रभावित क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों के विवाह कार्यों और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों के समय फायरिंग व आर्टिलरी अभ्यास में आवश्यक परिवर्तन करना होगा जो कि फायरिंग अभ्यास की निर्धारित अवधि के दौरान आते हैं।

2. एक सेना अधिकारी के नियंत्रणाधीन में सेना के अधिकारियों द्वारा नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित किया जाएगा जो सेना के साथ बेहतर समन्वय के लिए स्थानीय निवासियों के साथ संपर्क करेगा। नोट.--यदि जीव/सम्पत्ति को फायरिंग के दौरान किसी प्रकार का नुकसान/अपहानि होती है तो सेना इसकी क्षतिपूर्ति करेेगी।

Dated, the 21st February, 2024

No. SEC(F)1-35/2022-I-1570.— Whereas the State Election Commission has issued Election Programme to fill up casual vacancies of the Panchayati Raj Institutions in the State vide Notification No. SEC(F)1-35/2022-I-589, dated 29-01-2024;

And whereas the District Election Officer(P)-cum-Deputy Commissioner Solan vide letter No. PCH-SLN-By-Election/2023-317, dated 21-02-2024 has informed this Commission that one Sh. Amar Singh contesting candidate has died on 20-02-2024 and after the death of Sh. Amar Singh there remains only one contesting candidate for the post of Ward No. 4 of Gram Panchayat Badhokhari, Development Block Nalagarh, District Solan;

Therefore, the State Election Commission, in exercise of the powers vested in it under Article 243K of the Constitution of India, Section 160 of H.P. Panchayati Raj Act,1994 read with Rule 48 of the H.P. Panchayati Raj (Elections) Rules, 1994 hereby countermands the election for the post of Ward Member of Gram Panchayat Badhokhari, Development Block Nalagarh, District Solan. Fresh Election Programme for the said post will be issued in due course of time.
