संख्या ः आई0पी0एच0-बी(एच)1-6/2016-शिमला.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव अणु 10—राजपत्र/2024-12-04-2024 (539)540 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 12 अप्रैल 2024/23 चैत्र, 1946 गुम्मा, तहसील कोटखाई, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश में उठाऊ सिंचाई जल परियोजना अणु गुम्मा के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित विवरणी में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।

2. यह घोषणा, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-19 के उपबन्धों के अधीन इससे सम्बन्धित सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचना हेतु की जाती है तथा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन भू-समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला को उक्त भूमि के अर्जन करने के आदेश लेने का एतदद्वारा निदेश दिया जाता है ।

3. भूमि रेखांक का निरीक्षण भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

UNIVERSITY OF HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY STATUTES, 1987.

Short Title.—This amendment may be called Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni (Solan) Statutes, 1987 (62nd Amendment, 2024)

Amendment to Statutes 5.6 (1) of Chapter-V of Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Statutes, 1987.

The following amendment shall be made under Statutes 5.6 (1) of Chapter-V of Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Statutes, 1987:

प्रार्थी श्री हरीश पुत्र श्री देवी चन्द, निवासी गांव डुगणू, डाकघर धुन्दन, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश तथा हीना शर्मा पुत्री श्री हरी नन्द, निवासी गांव घयाणा, डाकघर पलोग, तहसील अर्की, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस अदालत में विशेष विवाह पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 5 के अन्तर्गत विवाह हेतु नोटिस दिया है।

अतः आम जनता को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त प्रार्थीगण के विवाह करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 13-04-2024 को या इससे पूर्व अपना लिखित अथवा मौखिक एतराज इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। निर्धारित अवधि की समाप्ति उपरान्त उपरोक्त प्रार्थीगण को विवाह की अनुमति जारी कर दी जाएगी।
