Pawan Rekha is a real son of the petitioner and he was born out on 25-10-2014 at Village Paniala, P.O. Ghandran, Tehsil Indora, District Kangra (H.P.). The entry of Petitioner son has not been recorded in the record of Gram Panchayat Malahari, District Kangra (H.P.) and also not been recorded elsewhere till date.

And, therefore, the petitioner want to get registred the birth of her son namely Tanish s/o Smt. Pawan Rekha with the local Registrar/Secretary of Gram Panchayat Malahari, District Kangra (H.P.) in this connection. Hence she prayed that necessary orders may kindly be directed to the secretary concerned at the earliest to enter the birth of the above named son in the Panchayat records and also provide a birth certificate of said son namely Tanish s/o Smt. Pawan Rekha for education Purpose.

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा बारे प्रार्थिया ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है जिसमें लिखा है कि उसका जन्म दिनांक 08-10-1975 को महाल मकड़ोटी में हुआ है परन्तु अज्ञानतावश इसका इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत मकड़ोटी, विकास खण्ड रैत, जिला कांगड़ा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज नहीं हुआ है। प्रार्थिया उक्त जन्म तिथि को दर्ज करवाना चाहती है। इस सम्बन्ध में Additional Registrar Birth & Deaths-cum-Medical Officer (D & B) Kangra at Dharamshala के Recommendaion letter No. HFW/KGR/ST (Delayed) (B & D)/- 2022/272, Dated 06-03-2024 द्वारा भी इस बारे इस कार्यालय को जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने बारे प्रेषण किया गया है।

अतः उक्त प्रार्थना-पत्र के सन्दर्भ में यदि आम जनता या अन्य किसी को उक्त जन्म तिथि को ग्राम पंचायत मकड़ोटी, विकास खण्ड रैत, जिला कांगड़ा के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करवाने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन इस अदालत में दिनांक 03-05-2024 को दोपहर बाद 2.00 बजे हाजिर आ सकता है। हाजिर न आने की स्थिति में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर आगामी आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे और बाद में कोई भी उजर या एतराज जेरे समायत न होगा।
