संख्या : एल0एल0आर0-ई(9)-12/2021-लेज.--श्री मुरारी लाल पाठक, अधिवक्ता को इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एल0 एल0 आर0-ई(9)-1/2002-लेज, दिनांक 23-07-2002 द्वारा पब्लिक नोटरी 29—राजपत्र/2024-08-05-2024 (1121)1122 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 08 मई, 2024/18 वैशाख, 1946 नियुक्त किया गया था और उनको उप-मण्डल मण्डी, जिला मण्डी की क्षेत्रीय सीमाओं के भीतर व्यवसाय करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था और उनका नाम नोटरी के रजिस्टर में क्रम संख्या 151 पर प्रविष्ट किया गया था और उनका व्यवसाय प्रमाण-पत्र 08-09-2022 तक विधिमान्य था ।

श्री मुरारी लाल पाठक, अधिवक्ता ने अपने पत्र दिनांक 25-04-2024 द्वारा सूचित किया है कि वह हृदय संबंधी बीमारी के कारण नोटरी कार्य जारी नहीं रखना चाहते हैं।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, नोटरी अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 10 (क) और नोटरी नियम, 1956 के नियम 13 (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री मुरारी लाल पाठक, नोटरी, उप-मण्डल मण्डी, जिला मण्डी का नाम नोटरी के रजिस्टर से तुरन्त प्रभाव से हटाए जाने का आदेश करते हैं ।

No. LLR-E(9)-12/2021-Leg.—WHEREAS, Sh. Murari Lal Pathak, Advocate was appointed as Notary vide Notification No. LLR-E(9)-1/2002-Leg., Dated 23-07-2002 and authorised to practice as such within the territorial limits of Sub Division Mandi, District Mandi and his name was entered at serial No. 151 in the Register of Notaries and his certificate of practice was valid up-to 08-09-2022;

AND WHEREAS, Sh. Murari Lal Pathak, Advocate vide his letter dated 25-04-2024 has intimated that due to cardiac problem he doesn't want to continue practice as Notary;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(a) of the Notaries Act, 1952 and rule 13(13) of the Notaries Rules, 1956, order the removal of the name of Sh. Murari Lal Pathak, Notary, Sub Division Mandi, District Mandi from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect.

उपरोक्त विषय से सम्बन्धित प्रार्थना-पत्र इस अदालत में विचाराधीन है जिसमें प्रार्थिया ने दावा किया है कि श्रीमती तुलसी देवी पुत्री स्व0 श्री बग्गा जोकि प्रार्थिया की माता लगती है जो 40 वर्षों से लापता है तथा उसका आज तक जीवित या मृत होने का कोई प्रमाण न है। प्रार्थिया ने प्रार्थना-पत्र में वर्णित किया है कि श्रीमती तुलसी देवी पुत्री स्व0 श्री बग्गा, वासी गांव कसवाड, तप्पा बणी, तहसील बड़सर, जिला हमीरपुर (हि0प्र0) भूमि दर्ज कागजात माल है जिसके लिए प्रार्थना-पत्र अनुसार अराजी उनके वारसान श्रीमती माया देवी पुत्री श्रीमती तुलसी देवी पुत्री स्व0 श्री बग्गा दर्ज कागजात माल किया जाना है।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि इस सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को कोई एतराज हो या उसके जीवित होने बारे किसी को कोई जानकारी हो या श्रीमती तुलसी देवी जीवित है और इस इश्तहार को स्वयं पढ़े तो वह दिनांक 09-05-2024 को अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में हाजिर होकर अपना उजर पेश कर सकते हैं अन्यथा इस तिथि के बाद इस इन्तकाल को उसके उपरोक्त जायज वारसान के नाम तस्दीक कर दिया जाएगा। उक्त वर्णित दिनांक के उपरान्त कोई भी एतराज मान्य न समझा जाएगा व आवेदन-पत्र पर नियमानुसार एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

दिनांकः 06 मई, 2024 16 वैशाख, 1946 (शक्‌) सं0 434/हि.प्र.-लो.स./2024(2).--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) के उपबन्धों द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा यह निर्देश देता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए निर्वाचन सहायक रिटर्निंग1147 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 08 मई, 2024/18 वैशाख, 1946 अधिकारी की नियुक्ति से संबंधित समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित दिनांक 05 जनवरी, 2024, अधिसूचना सं0 434/हि.प्र.-लो.स./2024(2) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे।

उक्त अधिसूचना में संलग्न तालिका के स्तम्भ 2 में, स्तम्भ संख्या 1 में उल्लिखित विधान सभा क्षेत्रों के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ क्रमशः प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगीः--

No. 434/HP-HP/2024(2).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act,1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No. 434/HP- HP/2024(2), dated 5th January, 2024 as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer for Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

In Column 2 of the table appended to the said Notification, for the exiting entries mentioned against the Parliamentary Constituency shown in the Column 1, the following entries shall respectively be substituted:—
