संख्या 3-24/2024-ई.एल.एन. 2621.--भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या 100/हि0प्र0- वि0स0/7/2024, 100/हि0प्र0-वि0स0/8/2024 व 100/हि0प्र0-वि0स0/9/2024, सभी दिनांक, 14 जून, 2024, तदानुसार 24 ज्येष्ठ, 1946 (शक्) जो लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की 56—राजपत्र/2024-14-06-2024 (1837) 1838 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 14 जून, 2024/24 ज्येष्ठ, 1946 धाराओं 150, 30 और 56 के अन्तर्गत हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा के रिक्त स्थानों की पूर्ति के लिए क्रमशः 10-देहरा, 38-हमीरपुर व 51-नालागढ़़ विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के उप-निर्वाचनों के कार्यक्रम से सम्बन्धित है, को अंग्रेजी रूपान्तर सहित जनसाधारण की सूचना हेतु प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

दिनांक : 14 जून, 2024 24 ज्येष्ठ, 1946 (शक्) सं. 100/हि.प्र.-वि.स./7/2024.--यतः, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य की विधानसभा में 10-देहरा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में निर्वाचित श्री होशयार सिंह का स्थान उनके त्यागपत्र देने के कारण दिनांक 03 जून, 2024 को रिक्त हो गया है; और
2. यतः इस प्रकार हुई रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ उप-निर्वाचन आयोजित करवाया जाना है;
3. अतः, अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 150 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2), धारा 30 और धारा 56 के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वाराः--
(अ) हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य के उक्त 10-देहरा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र, से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि उक्त अधिनियम और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार 15 जुलाई, 2024 (सोमवार) से पूर्व राज्य की विधान सभा में उक्त रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ, एक व्यक्ति को निर्वाचित कर दिया जाए; और
(ब) उक्त निर्वाचन के संबंध में, निम्नलिखित निर्धारित करता हैः--
(क) नाम निर्देशन करने हेतु अंतिम तारीख, 21 जून, 2024 (शुक्रवार);
(ख) नाम निर्देशनों की संवीक्षा करने हेतु अंतिम तारीख, 24 जून, 2024 (सोमवार);
(ग) अभ्यर्थिताएं वापिस लेने हेतु अंतिम तारीख, 26 जून, 2024 (बुधवार);
(घ) जिस तारीख को, यदि आवश्यक हुआ, तो मतदान कराया जाएगा, 10 जुलाई, 2024 (बुधवार);
(ङ) वह तारीख जिससे पहले निर्वाचन सम्पन्न हो जाएगा, 15 जुलाई, 2024 (सोमवार);

Dated: 14th June, 2024 24 Jyaishtha, 1946(Saka) No. 100/HP-LA/7/2024.—WHEREAS, the seat of Sh. Hoshyar Singh, in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Himachal Pradesh, elected from 10-Dehra Assembly Constituency, has become vacant on 03rd June, 2024 by reason of his resignation; and
2. WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the vacancy so caused;
3. NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-section (1) & (2) of Section 150, and Sections 30 and 56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby:—
A. Calls upon the said 10-Dehra Assembly Constituency in the State of Himachal Pradesh, to elect, before the 15th July, 2024 and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, a person for the purpose of filling the said vacancy in the Legislative Assembly of the State; and
B. Appoints, with respect to the said election:
(a) the 21st June, 2024 (Friday), as the last date for making nominations;
(b) the 24th June, 2024 (Monday), as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;
(c) the 26th June, 2024 (Wednesday), as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures;
(d) the 10th July, 2024 (Wednesday), as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken;
