No. 2609-650.—I supersession of all previous Noitifications and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Clause 3(1) (e) of the H.P. Hoarding and Profiteering Prevention Order, 1977, I, Apoorv Devgan, IAS, District Magistrate, Mandi, District Mandi do hereby fix the maximum retail prices inclusive of all taxes and other incidental charges in respect of the following essential commodities that may be charged by the dealers or retailers in district Mandi with immediate effect:—

Note:— 1. One plate of meat/chicken curry should have 200 grams net meat pices i.e. at least minimum 5 pieces and 200 grams of gravy.

2. Vegetable Special Matar Paneer, Palak Paneer etc. must have atleast 100 grams cheese.

3. In the packed commodities i.e. bread/milk etc. the price date of packing should be as W&M Commodities package Act, 1976.

4. Every dealer/shopkeeper Shall display the price list of these commodities at the entrance of the business premises, which should be duly singed by the owner/manager.

This notification shall be valid for a period of One month from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
