No. EXN-F(1)-1/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 & 37 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 (29 of 2011) and Sections 31 & 32 of the Punjab2413 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 22 जुलाई, 2024/31 आषाढ़, 1946 Excise Act, 1914 (1 of 1914) read with Section 82 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 as applicable in the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh before 1st November, 1966 and the H.P. Excise Fiscal Orders, 1965 notified vide this Government Notification No.1-17/64-E&T dated 28-10-1965 (hereinafter called the "said notification") and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this regard, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to prescribe the following rates of Excise Duty, Import fee and Export fee and other levies on excisable Articles with effect from 01-04-2024 :—

Provided further, that duty shall not be levied on rectified spirit supplied to the Government and Charitable Hospitals/ dispensaries and Educational Research Institutions approved by the Government; in accordance with the provisions of H.P. Fiscal Orders, 1965.

No. EXN-F(1)-1/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 36 & 37 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 (29 of 2011) and Sections 31 & 32 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (1 of 1914) read with Section 82 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 as in territories transferred to Himachal Pradesh under Section 5 of the Punjab Re-organization Act, 1966 (Act No. 31 of 1966), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the following further amendments in the Punjab Excise Fiscal Orders, 1932 as amended from time to time (hereinafter called the "said Orders") .

The existing Order 1 shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"1. The following shall be the rates of Excise Duty, Manufacture, Export Duty and other levies on the exciseable Articles with effect from 01-04-2024 :—

Provided further, that duty shall not be levied on rectified spirit supplied to the Government and Charitable Hospitals/ dispensaries and Educational Research Institutions approved by the Government; in accordance with the provisions of H.P. Fiscal Orders 1965.

हर खास व आम जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी श्री महेंद्र सिंह ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में एक आवेदन-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसने अपनी पत्नी की मृत्यु ग्राम पंचायत तन्बौल, तहसील श्री नैना देवी जी, जिला बिलासपुर के जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज नहीं करवाई है। अब प्रार्थी अपनी पत्नी की मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत तन्बौल के जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में दर्ज करवाना चाहता है जोकि निम्न प्रकार से हैः--

अतः ग्राम पंचायत तन्बौल, तहसील श्री नैना देवी जी की जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त मृत्यु पंजीकरण बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह तारीख 22-07-2024 को या इससे पूर्व असालतन व वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपनी आपत्ति प्रस्तुत करे अन्यथा आवेदन-पत्र पर मृत्यु पंजीकरण आदेश पारित करके सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत तन्बौल को आगामी कार्यान्वयन हेतु भेज दिया जाएगा।

इस नोटिस/इश्तहार के माध्यम से हर आम व खास को सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री नितेश कुमार शर्मा पुत्र स्व0 श्री शिव कुमार शर्मा, मकान नं0 06, गली नं0 1-A दुर्गापुरी, Extension Shahdara Delhi-110093, ने इस अदालत में एक प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है कि उसके पिता श्री शिव कुमार शर्मा की मृत्यु 19-04-2017 को अन्तरावली, तहसील नेरवा में बस दुर्घटना में हुई थी, जब वह बस नम्बर UK 16PA 0045 में विकासनगर से त्यूणी व्यापार हेतु यात्रा पर थे। यह कि बस दुर्घटना में मृत्यु के आशय की एफ0आई0आर0 नम्बर 20/2017 पुलिस थाना नेरवा में दर्ज करवाई गई थी। दुर्घटना में मृतक शिव कुमार शर्मा का सारा सामान डायरी, चप्पल आदि मिल गया था जिसकी शिनाख्त हो चुकी थी परन्तु मृतक का शव बरामद नहीं हुआ था, जो नदी में बह गया था। प्रार्थी मृतक का पुत्र है तथा ग्राम पंचायत पबान द्वारा 7 वर्ष बीत जाने के बाद भी श्री शिब कुमार शर्मा की मृत्यु का इन्द्राज मृत्यु रजिस्टर में अंकित नहीं किया जा रहा है। जबकी मृत्क पिता के DNA जांच में भी मृत्क होने की पुष्टि हो चुकी है। प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ मृतक शिव कुमार के आधार कार्ड व मतदान पहचान पत्र की छायाप्रति, अपने आधार कार्ड की छायाप्रति तथा एफ0आई0आर0 नम्बर 20/2017 की छायाप्रति संल्गन की है। प्रार्थी ने निवेदन किया है कि उसके मृतक पिता श्री शिव कुमार शर्मा पुत्र श्री उदय चन्द शर्मा, मकान नं0 06, गली नं0 1-A, दुर्गापुरी Extension Shahdara Delhi-110093, की मृत्यु दिनांक 19-04-2017 का इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत पबान में अंकित करने के आदेश पारित किए जाए। यदि आम व खास को मृतक श्री शिव कुमार शर्मा पुत्र श्री उदय चन्द शर्मा, मकान नं0 06, गली नं0 1-A, दुर्गापुरी Extension Shahdara Delhi-110093, की मृत्यु का इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत पबान के मृत्यु रजिस्टर में दर्ज करने बारे कोई उजर एवं एतराज हो तो दिनांक 22-07-2024 को या इससे पुर्व लिखित या मौखिक जैसी भी सूरत हो प्रस्तुत करें। दिगर सूरत में मृतक श्री शिव कुमार शर्मा पुत्र श्री उदय चन्द शर्मा, मकान नं0 06, गली नं0 1-A, दुर्गापुरी Extension Shahdara Delhi-110093, की मृत्यु का इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत पबान, तहसील नेरवा के मृत्यु रजिस्टर में अंकित करने के आदेश पारित किए जाएंगे।
