Goela, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan (H.P.) has filed an application under section 13(3) of the Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 stating therein that his daughter namely Himanshi Negi d/o Sh. Naam Dev was born on 05-12-2020 at Gram Panchayat Barrian, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan (H.P.) but her birth could not be entered in the record of Old Gram Panchayat Barrian, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan (H.P.) within stipulated period. He prayed for issuing necessary orders to the Gram Panchayat Barrian, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan (H.P.) for entering the same in the records.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having objection regarding the birth of namely Himanshi Negi d/o Sh. Naam Dev, may file their objection in this court on or before 13-08-2024, failing which no objection shall be entertained.
