No. TCP-F(5)-5/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section (1) of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the 110—राजपत्र/2024-23-08-2024 (5095)5096 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 अगस्त, 2024/01 भाद्रपद, 1946 Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint 20th day of August month of 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the aforesaid Act shall come into force in the following revenue Mohals of Tehsil Amb, Distt. Una included in the Amb-Gagret Planning Area notified vide Notification No. TCP-F(5)-4/2011, dated 05-03-2014 as under:—

Consequent upon the enforcement of the provisions of the Act ibid in above Revenue Mohals, now the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), shall apply to the re-defined limits of Amb-Gagret Planning Area and total Revenue Mohals over which provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) are enforced shall, now be as follows:—
