No. Home(A)A(1)-23/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (u) of sub- section (1) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Act, 2023 ( Act No. 46 of 2023) read with sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007 (Act No.17 of 2007), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to establish Police Post at Alampur within Local limits of the Police Station Lambagoan, District Kangra, consisting of the villages enumerated in column No. (3) of the SCHEDULE given below thereof, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, namely:—

No. TCP-F05/5/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section (1) of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint 20th day of August month of 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the aforesaid Act shall come into force in the following revenue Mohals of Tehsil Palampur, Distt. Kangra included in the Palampur Planning Area notified vide Notification No. HIM/TP/PJT/DP-Palampur/2001/Vol-II, dated 04-07-2001, namely:—

Consequent upon the enforcement of the provisions of the act ibid in above Mohals/Revenue Villages, now the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), shall apply to the re-defined limits of Palampur Planning Area and total Revenue Villages over which provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) are enforced shall, now be as follows:—

No. TCP-F05/5/2023.—Whereas some areas have been included in the Palampur Planning Area and its limits have been re-defined under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section-13 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) vide Notification No. TCP-F05/5/2023 dated 20-08-2024.

And whereas, existing landuse of the newly included areas of the said Planning Area has not yet been published under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the act ibid.

And whereas, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is satisfied that in the aforesaid newly included areas of the Planning Area, the change of land use or any building operation therein is likely to cause injurious disturbance of the surface or any land or soil, or is considered detrimental to the preservation of the soil, prevention of land slips or protection against erosion and is likely to make it difficult to plan and develop the areas in question in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Act.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15-A of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to freeze the existing land use of the newly included areas of the Palampur Planning Area from the date of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette of Himachal Pradesh for a period of five years.

No. Per (AP-B)A(3)2/2024-Part-I.—Whereas, two posts of the Member, Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog have been created on 6th September, 2024.

Now, therefore, in partial modification of this Department notification No. Per (AP-B)A(1)- 1/2023, dated 28-02-2024 and in exercise of the power conferred by Article 162 read with proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog shall consist of a Chairman and two Members.

संख्याः होम-बी (बी) 19-19/71-लूज.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 165 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्त्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्याः 19-19/71 (होम) तारीख 25 मई, 1971 द्वारा अधिसूचित और 5 जून, 1971 को राजपत्र हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित रुल्ज फॉर रेगुलेटिंग दी रिम्युनेरेशन एंड ड्‌युटीज ऑफ दी एडवोकेट जनरल फॉर दी स्टेट का और संशोधन करने के लिए रूल 3 के क्लॉज (ए) के नीचे क्लॉज (एए) को अन्तः स्थापित करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

"(aa) He shall tender his opinion in each and every case decided by the High court, Himachal Pradesh and communicate the same alongwith a copy of judgment or order, as the case may be, within three days from the pronouncement of Judgment/ orders."

No. Home-B(B)19-19/71-Loose.—In exercise of the powers conferred by article 165 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rule further to amend the rules for regulating the remuneration and duties of the Advocate General for6606 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 सितम्बर, 2024/06 आश्विन, 1946 the State notified vide notification No. 19-19/71 (Home) dated 25th May, 1971, published in the Rajpatra Himachal Pradesh on 5th June, 1971, by inserting clause (aa) below clause (a) of rule 3, namely:—

"(aa) He shall tender his opinion in each and every case decided by the High Court, Himachal Pradesh and communicate the same alongwith a copy of judgment or order, as the case may be, within three days from the pronouncement of Judgment/ orders."
