प्रार्थी श्री विरेन्दर कुमार पुत्र श्री होशियारपुर, निवासी गांव व डाकघर रनोल, भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 37 के अन्तर्गत अदालत हजा में दरख्वास्त मय शपथ-पत्र व राजस्व अभिलेख भेज करके निवेदन किया है कि राजस्व अभिलेख के महाल दुमरेड़ा में प्रार्थी का नाम पपू दर्ज हुआ है जो गलत है। वास्तव में प्रार्थी का नाम विरेन्दर कुमार पुत्र श्री होशियारपुर, निवासी गांव व डा0 रनोल, उप-तहसील जांगला, जिला शिमला है। अब वह उपरोक्त राजस्व अभिलेख में अपना नाम दुरुस्त कर विरेन्दर कुमार करवाना चाहता है क्योंकि ग्राम पंचायत रनोल के परिवार रजिस्टर व आधार कार्ड व अन्य दस्तावेजों में भी प्रार्थी का नाम विरेन्दर कुमार है। प्रार्थी से प्राप्त दरख्वास्त में दिए गए तथ्यांें की छानबीन गिरदावर कानूनगो जांगला के माध्यम से करवाई गई। गिरदावर कानूनगो ने मौका/रिकार्ड करने के बाद उपरोक्त राजस्व अभिलेख में दर्ज वर्तमान प्रविष्टि पपू पुत्र होशियारपुर के बजाये विरेन्दर कुमार पुत्र होशियारपुर दर्ज करने की सिफारिश की है। बाद प्राप्त रिपोर्ट गिरदावर कानूनगो जांगला, नियंत्रक मुद्रण एवं लेखन सामग्री, हि0प्र0, शिमला-5 को राजपत्र में इश्तहार प्रकाशन हेतु भेज कर इस इश्तहार की रुह से आम जनता व सभी हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि महाल दुमरेड़ा, उप-तहसील जांगला में पपू के स्थान पर विरेन्दर कुमार इन्द्राज करने बारे किसी भी प्रकार का उजर व एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन दिनांक 17-10-2024 से पूर्व या 17-10-2024 के सायं 5.00 बजे तक अदालत हजा में अपना उजर व एतराज पेश करें। उपरोक्त तारीख के बाद किसी भी प्रकार का उजर व एतराज नाकाबले समायत होगा व प्रार्थी का नाम विरेन्दर कुमार पुत्र होशियारपुर, निवासी गांव व डाकघर रनोल, उप-तहसील जांगला, जिला शिमला दुरुस्त कर दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।7014 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 16 अक्तूबर, 2024/24 आश्विन, 1946 आज दिनांक 17-09-204 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर सहित अदालत से जारी किया गया। मोहर।
