The above appointments are made subject to the following terms and conditions:—

1. Appointees shall furnish the following certificates:—

(i) A Medical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Authority concerned, to whom reference will be made by the Registry.

(ii) Attested copies of all the certificates/testimonials, showing date of birth and educational qualifications etc.

(iii)Two certificates issued by two Gazetted Officers to the effect that he/she bears a good moral character.

(iv) A Certificate to the effect that he/she has not entered into bigamy (in case of married appointees only).

2. The appointee(s) will remain on probation for a period of two years. However, his/her appointment is liable to be terminated at any time without any notice, if his/her work and conduct is not found satisfactory.

3. The appointee(s) shall have to join duty within 15 days of the receipt of the office order/appointment order, failing which offer of appointment shall stand automatically cancelled.

4. Seniority of the appointee(s) will be fixed as per rules/instructions.

5. The appointee(s) will have to submit assets and liabilities return immediately on his/her joining on the post.
