File No. DMC (Sant)F(3)1/2019.—As approved by the General House of Dharamshala Municipal Corporation in its meeting on dated 28-08-2024 at 2:00 P.M. agenda item No.11, the 192—राजपत्र/2024-07-12-2024 (9361)9362 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 दिसम्बर, 2024/16 मार्गशीर्ष, 1946 'Annexure-A' in section 5 (j) of the "Door to Door Garbage Collection and Disposal Bye Laws 2019" notified vide No. DMC /Engg(F)14-3/2019 and published in official gazette of Himachal Pradesh on 9th August, is hereby modified as under:

Definitions:

(J-1) Household.—Household means and constitute one family having a separate kitchen however where one family or members of the family are having two separate kitchens running then two (02) household units will be counted for the purpose of door to door collection of garbage charges.

(R-1) Shop.—Shop means and constitute any vendor, kiosk, spread tin shed, open vending or any kind of shop which generates some revenue or involved in any kind of commercial activity for the purpose of door to door collection of garbage charges.

विषय.-विवाह पंजीकरण अधीन धारा 8(4) विवाह पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1996 के अधीन दर्ज करवाने बारे।9373 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 दिसम्बर, 2024/16 मार्गशीर्ष, 1946 उपरोक्त विषय के सन्दर्भ में प्रार्थीगण ने दिनांक 07-11-2023 को आपस में हिन्दू रीति-रिवाजों के अनुसार विवाह किया है लेकिन किसी कारणवश वह ग्राम पंचायत मुण्डखर, तहसील भोरंज में दर्ज नहीं हो सका। प्रार्थीगण अब इस विवाह को ग्राम पंचायत मुण्डखर में दर्ज करवाना चाहते हैं।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि इस विवाह पंजीकरण बारे किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर होकर दिनांक 09-12-2024 तक एतराज पेश कर सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर आगामी कार्यवाही की जायेगी। उसके बाद का उजर जेरे समायत न होगा।

उद्‌घोषणाः- (Proclamation) under section 23 & 125 (B) of H.P. Land Revenue Act, 1954.

इस उद्‌घोषणा के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि वादी श्री किशन सिंह ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र धारा 123 हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 के तहत उक्त भूमि की हुक्मन तकसीम करवाने बारे इस अदालत में पेश किया है जिसमें दिनांक 18-12-2024 को तारीक तकसीम के आदेश पारित किये जाने हैं।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 की धारा 23 व 125;ठद्ध के तहत सर्वसाधारण को इस उद्‌घोषणा के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उक्त तकसीम में किसी भी प्रतिवादीगण या अन्य किसी भी व्यक्ति को कोई भी उजर व एतराज है तो वह दिनांक 18-12-2024 को सायं 2.00 बजे अपना उजर व एतराज अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में स्वयं पेश होकर या लिखित रूप में पेश कर सकता है तदोपरान्त कोई भी उजर व एतराज जेरे समायत न होगा व तरीका तकसीम आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे। आज दिनांक 18-11-2024 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर द्वारा जारी किया गया।

अदालत हजा में श्रीमती पूनम देवी पत्नी श्री विनोद कुमार, ग्राम बशील, डा0 व उप-तहसील ममलीग, जिला सोलन, हि0प्र0 द्वारा अपने पति श्री विनोद कुमार की मृत्यु तिथि 08-08-2014 को ग्राम पंचायत ममलीग में दर्ज करने बारे आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया है। 9382 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 दिसम्बर, 2024/16 मार्गशीर्ष, 1946 अतः सर्वसाधारण को इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि श्रीमती पूनम देवी पत्नी श्री विनोद कुमार, निवासी ग्राम बशील, डा0 व उप-तहसील ममलीग, जिला सोलन, हि0प्र0 अपने पति श्री विनोद कुमार पुत्र श्री जिया लाल की मृत्यु तिथि 08-08-2014 को ग्राम पंचायत ममलीग में दर्ज करवाना चाहती है। इस बारे यदि किसी को उजर/एतराज हो तो इस इश्तहार के जारी होने के 30 दिन के भीतर लिखित/मौखिक असालतन/वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। यदि उक्त समय अवधि के भीतर कोई उजर/एतराज प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो उक्त प्रकरण पर नियमानुसार आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे। आज दिनांक 20-11-2024 को हमारे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत हजा द्वारा जारी किया गया। मोहर।
