संख्या यू0डी0-ए0(1)-5/2024-लूज.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्या 13) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस 198—राजपत्र/2024-14-12-2024 (9765) 9766 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 14 दिसम्बर, 2024/23 मार्गशीर्ष, 1946 अधिसूचना से संलग्न ''अनुसूची'' में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को प्रस्तावित नगर परिषद, नादौन, जिला हमीरपुर में सम्मिलित करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं और इन्हें जनसाधारण की सूचना के लिए राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है;
उक्त अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र के कोई निवासी/व्यक्ति उक्त स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को सम्मिलित किए जाने से संभाव्य प्रभावित है तो वे इस अधिसूचना की बाबत अपने आक्षेप इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर लिखित में उपायुक्त, हमीरपुर के माध्यम से प्रधान सचिव (शहरी विकास), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे;
उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के भीतर प्राप्त हुए आक्षेप, को यदि कोई हों, पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा और उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात्, किसी भी आक्षेप (आक्षेपों) को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा/किए जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
Shimla-2, 14th December, 2024
No. UD-A(1)-5/2024-loose.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor Himachal Pradesh proposes to include within the proposed Municipal Council Nadaun, District Hamirpur the areas specified in the enclosed Schedule in this notification and the same is hereby published in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh for the information of General Public.
If any interested person(s) who is likely to be affected by the inclusion of the said local areas and has any objection(s) with regard to this notification, he/she may send the same in writing to the Principal Secretary (Urban Development to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh through Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur within a period of two weeks from the date of publication of the notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
The objections, if any, received within the above stipulated period, shall be taken into consideration by the State Government and after the expiry of above stipulated period, no objection(s), whatsoever, shall be entertained.
