प्रार्थी उपरोक्त ने इस आश्य से न्यायालय में आवेदन-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उनका सही नाम मुताबिक पंचायत नकल परिवार रजिस्टर व अन्य दस्तावेजों में श्री हिशे राकेश बोरिस दर्ज हैं, लेकिन राजस्व अभिलेख के मोहाल नेसंग खास के खाता/खतौनी संख्या 55/161, 85/276, 90/284 व उप-मोहाल शकतंग के खाता खतौनी नम्बर 38/76 में उनका नाम गलती से हिशे ज्ञाछो उर्फ राकेश कुमार दर्ज है। इसलिए राजस्व अभिलेख उपरोक्त में दर्ज हिशे ज्ञाछो उर्फ राकेश कुमार को दुरुस्ती कर हिशे राकेश बोरिस दर्ज किया जाए। जिसकी पुष्टि के लिए प्रार्थी ने नकल परिवार रजिस्टर, आधार कार्ड व अन्य दस्तावेज इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया हैं। उक्त सभी तथ्यों के मद्‌देनजर उक्त आवेदन-पत्र की छानबीन गिरवार कानूनगो पूह से इस कार्यालय के पत्र संख्या 718 दिनांक 28-09-2024 के द्वारा करवाई गई। बाद छानबीन गिरदावर कानूनगो पूह रिपोर्ट किया कि मुताबिक छानबीन राजस्व अभिलेख, मौका छानबीन व ब्यानातों के मद्‌देनजर प्रार्थी का नाम पटवार वृत्त कानम के राजस्व अभिलेख बाका उपमहाल नेसंग खास व शकतंग में ऋुटीवंश हिशे ज्ञाछो उर्फ राकेश कुमार दर्ज हुआ है, जबकि प्रार्थी का असल नाम हिशे राकेश बोरिस हैं तथा प्रार्थी का तमाम सरकारी दस्तावेजों में यही नाम दर्ज हैं तथा प्रार्थी स्थानीय समुदाय में इसी नाम से जाना पहचाना व पुकारा जाता है।

उक्त सभी तमाम तथ्यों को मद्‌देनजर रखकर आम जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को राजस्व अभिलेख उपरोक्त में प्रार्थी का नाम दुरुस्ती कर हिशे राकेश बोरिस दर्ज करने पर कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो दिनांक 11-01-2025 व उससे पूर्व असलातन या वकालतन अदालत में हाजिर होकर अपना पक्ष रखे। अन्यथा प्रार्थी का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख के उप-मोहाल नेसंग खास व शकतंग में दुरुस्त कर हिशे राकेश बोरिस दर्ज किया जाएगा।
