of additional land of Sh. Chaman Lal, bearing khasra no. 154/194 situated in Mohal Shikrodi, Gram Panchayat Shikrodi, Teshil Sunni, Shimla required to be acquired for DBO project for Bulk Water Supply for Shimla City from River Satluj. The rates shall be as tabulated below:—

The Land Acquisition Officer, SJPNL, Winter field Shimla will process the land acquisition as per the requirement of the project at the rates approved. He shall submit the report to this department at the earliest.

No. AGR.-B0F/56/2023-Part-I.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to constitute a State Level Core Group Committee to discuss the present and future strategies for enhancing the profitability as well as net income of the farming community comprising of the following members:—

1. The core group will assist in the development of strategic plan for the enhancement of the net profitability and income of the farming community of the State.

2. The group will draw the plan to mitigate the hurdles in proper implementation of the scheme being implemented by all Stakeholder Department so that there is dovetailing of the schemes for the betterment of the farming community.

3. The members of the group may share the research and development documents available pertaining to Himachal Pradesh.

No. AGR.-B0F/52/2023.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to notify the State and District Level Inspection Team for the inspection of pesticides manufacturing firms and pesticide Input dealers respectively as under:—

District Level Inspection Team:—

The Central Government is organizing special campaign with State Governments to curb duplicate and spurious pesticides.

The State Level Inspection Team shall conduct inspections of at least 10 manufacturing firms and collect at least 2 samples from each manufacturing unit. The District Level Inspection team shall conduct the inspection of at least 2 dealers/sale points under their jurisdiction and collect one sample from each dealer. The collected samples shall be sent to SPTL Shimla for analysis purpose.

संख्या राजस्व-घ (ए)1-12/2021-(लाहौल-स्पिति).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की यह राय है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है कि जिला लाहौल-स्पिति, हिमाचल प्रदेश में एक नई उप-तहसील ताबो सृजित की जाए, ताकि नजदीक के गांवों के लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सकें और जिससे उनको होने वाली किसी असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण हो सके;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का राज्य अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला लाहौल-स्पिति, हिमाचल प्रदेश में तहसील ताबो के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन निम्न स्तम्भ संख्या 6 में दर्शाए गए 3 पटवार वृत्तों से गठित एक नई उप-तहसील ताबो, जिसका मुख्यालय ताबो में होगा, तुरन्त प्रभाव से सृजन करते हैंः--

No. Rev-D(A) 1-12/2021-(L&S).—WHEREAS, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to create a new Sub-Tehsil Tabo in District Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, so as to provide better services to the people of nearby villages and to avoid any inconvenience being faced by them and to have better administrative control;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to create a new Sub-Tehsil Tabo with its headquarter at Tabo under administrative control of Tehsil Kaza in District Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, consisting of 3 Patwar Circles shown in column No.6 below, with immediate effect:—

No. AGR.-B0F/52/2023.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to constitute a State Level Committee to implement the " Monitoring of Pesticide Residues at National Level (MPRNL)" Scheme as under:—

The Central Government is implementing the "Monitoring of Pesticide Residues at National Level (MPRNL)" Scheme under which various major commodities are collected and analyzed for presence of pesticide residues to identify crops and regions with a high prevalence of pesticide residues in order to focus extension efforts on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and effectively implement GAP among all stakeholders and mitigate the issue of pesticide residues in agricultural commodities.

The State Level Committee shall ensure effective monitoring and development of action plan to address pesticide residue issues in Himachal Pradesh.
