संख्याः ई0एक्स0एन0-एफ(1)-2/2025-लूज.---हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, प्रथम नवम्बर, 1966 से ठीक पूर्व हिमाचल प्रदेश में समाविष्ट क्षेत्रों में यथा लागू पंजाब आबकारी अधिनियम, 1914 (1914 का 1) की 26-राजपत्र/2025-06-05-2025 (1623) 1624 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 06 मई, 2025/16 वैशाख, 1947 धारा 31 और 32 जो कि हिमाचल प्रदेश आबकारी अधिनियम, 2011 की धारा 82 के साथ पठित है एवं हिमाचल प्रदेश आबकारी अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का संख्यांक 29) की धाराएं 36 और 37 तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश ऐक्साईज फिस्कल ऑर्डरज,1965 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित, हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार (राज्य कर एवं आबकारी विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्याः 1-17/64-ई.एण्डटी., दिनांक 28-10-1965 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ ''उक्त अधिसूचना'' कहा गया है) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए आबकारी शुल्क, आयात एवं निर्यात शुल्क व अन्य उद्‌ग्रहण जो 01-04-2025 से मान्य होंगे को निर्धारित करने के आदेश देते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

परन्तु यह कि, हिमाचल प्रदेश राजकोषीय आदेशों, 1965 के तहत चैरिटेबल अस्पतालों/औषधालयोंें और सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित शैक्षिक अनुसंधान संस्थानों को आपूर्ति की गई रेक्टिफाइड स्पिरिट पर शुल्क नहीं लगाया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 3rd May, 2025 No. EXN-F(1)-2/2025-L.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 & 37 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 (29 of 2011) and sections 31 & 32 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (1 of 1914) read with Section 82 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act 2011 as applicable in the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh before 1st November, 1966 and the H.P. Excise Fiscal Orders, 1965 notified vide this Government Notification No.1-17/64-E&T dated 28-10-1965 (hereinafter called the "said notification") and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this regard, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to prescribe the following rates of Excise Duty, Import fee and Export fee and other levies on excisable articles with effect from 01-04-2025 :—

Provided further, that duty shall not be levied on rectified spirit supplied to the Government and Charitable Hospitals/ Dispensaries and Educational Research Institutions approved by the Government; in accordance with the provisions of H.P. Fiscal Orders 1965.

No. EXN-F(1)-2/2025-L.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 & 37 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011 (29 of 2011) and sections 31 & 32 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (1 of 1914) read with Section 82 of the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act 2011 as in territories transferred to Himachal Pradesh under Section 5 of the Punjab Re-organization Act, 1966 (Act No. 31 of 1966), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the following further amendments in the Punjab Excise Fiscal Orders 1932 as amended from time to time (hereinafter called the "said Orders").

The existing Order 1 shall be substituted by the following, namely:—

संख्याः यू0डी0-ए0(1)-11/2024.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नगर पंचायत ज्वाली, जिला कांगड़ा के विद्यमान क्षेत्रों को नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ क्षेत्र घोषित करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 की अनुसूची-1 को संशोधित करने और अधिनियम की धारा 3(2) के दूसरे परंतुक के अनुसार नगर पंचायत ज्वाली को नगरपालिका परिषद्‌, ज्वाली घोषित करने का भी प्रस्ताव करते हैं और इन्हें एतद्‌द्वारा जनसाधारण की सूचना के लिए राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किया जाता है;

यदि उक्त नगर पंचायत, ज्वाली को नगरपालिका परिषद्‌ ज्वाली के रूप में घोषित किए जाने से संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले किसी/किन्हीं निवासी/निवासियों को इस अधिसूचना की बाबत कोई आक्षेप है/हैं, तो वह राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर उपायुक्त, कांगड़ा के माध्यम से प्रधान सचिव (शहरी विकास) हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को लिखित रूप में भेज सकेगा;

No. UD-A(1)-11/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh proposes to declare the existing areas of Nagar Panchayat Jawali, District Kangra as a Municipal Council area, the Governor , Himachal Pradesh further proposes to amend Schedule-I of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 and declare Nagar Panchayat Jawali as Municipal Council Jawali, as per the second proviso to Section 3(2) of the Act and the same is hereby published in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh for the information of general public;

If any inhabitant(s) who is likely to be affected by the declaration of Nagar Panchayat Jawali as Municipal Council Jawali and has any objection(s) with regard to this notification, he/she may send the same in writing to the Principal Secretary (Urban Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh through Deputy Commissioner, Kangra within a period of two weeks from the date of publication of the notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh;

The objection(s), if any, received within the above stipulated period, shall be taken into consideration by the State Government and after the expiry of above stipulated period, no objection(s), whatsoever, shall be entertained.
