संख्या यू0डी0-ए0(1)-2/2025.--इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या यू0डी0-ए0(1)-2/2025 तारीख 17 मार्च, 2025 द्वारा नगरपालिका परिषद नूरपुर, जिला कांगड़ा में कुछ क्षेत्रों को सम्मिलित किए 38-राजपत्र/2025-22-05-2025 (2109) 2110 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 22 मई, 2025/01 ज्येष्ठ, 1947 जाने के लिए प्रस्ताव हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का राज्य अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (1) के उपबंधों के अनुसार तद्‌द्वारा प्रभावित होने वाले संभाव्य निवासी (निवासियाें)/व्यक्ति (व्यक्तियों) से आक्षेप/आक्षेपों को आमंत्रित करने के लिए अधिसूचित किया गया और जिसे राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में तारीख 18 मार्च, 2025 को प्रकाशित किया गया था;

और इस बाबत नियत अवधि के भीतर इस विभाग में कोई भी आक्षेप/सुझाव प्राप्त नही हुए;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का राज्य अधिनियम संख्यांक 13) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन उनमें निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नगरपालिका परिषद नूरपुर, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश में सम्मिलित करने के आदेश देते हैंः-

हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, इसके अतिरिक्त पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 80 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों में भूमि और भवनों पर संपत्ति कर के संदाय से भी इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र (ई-गजट) हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए छूट प्रदान करते हैं। इन क्षेत्रों के निवासियों को अधिकार-अभिलेख के वाजीब-उल-अर्ज में यथा उपबंधित उनके रूढ़िजन्य अधिकार मिलते रहेंगे।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 20th May, 2025

No. UD-A(1)-2/2025.—WHEREAS, a proposal for inclusion of some areas in Municipal Council, Nurpur, District Kangra was notified in accordance with the provisions of sub-section2111 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 22 मई, 2025/01 ज्येष्ठ, 1947 (1) of section 5 of Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (State Act No. 13 of 1994) for inviting objections from the inhabitant(s)/person(s) likely to be affected thereby, vide this Department Notification No. UD-A(1)-2/2025 dated 17th March, 2025 and published in Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh on 18th March, 2025;

AND WHEREAS, in this regard no objections were received in this department, within the stipulated period;

NOW THEREFORE, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers vested in him under sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (State Act No. 13 of 1994), is pleased to include the areas specified in THE SCHEDULE given below, in the Municipal Council, Nurpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh from the date of publication of this notification in Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh:—

"SCHEDULE"

The Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 5 read with sub-section (1) of Section 80 of Act ibid is further pleased to exempt the land and buildings in the areas specified in THE SCHEDULE from payment of property tax for a period of 03 years from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh. The residents of these areas shall continue to retain their customary rights as provided in Wazib-Ul-Urj of the record of rights.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थिया ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष नाम दुरुस्ती हेतु प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है। जिसमें प्रार्थिया द्वारा आग्रह किया गया है कि महाल कोटकवाला, पटवार वृत्त जमनावाद़, तहसील व जिला कांगड़ा, हि0 प्र0 के राजस्व रिकार्ड में प्रार्थिया के पति का नाम राम सिंह दर्ज है जोकि गलत है जबकि अन्य कागजात में प्रार्थिया के पति का नाम राम चन्द पुत्र स्वारू दर्ज है जोकि सही है। अतः राजस्व रिकार्ड में सही नाम राम सिंह की बजाए रामचन्द पुत्र स्वारू का इन्द्राज दर्ज किया जाए।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि इस नाम दुरुस्ती बारे किसी को कोई एतराज हो तो अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष दिनांक 30-05-2025 को हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। निर्धारित अवधि तक एतराज प्राप्त न होने पर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी। आज दिनांक 16-05-2025 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी किया गया।
