No. SML-LFA-ULBs(Delimitation)/2025.—The General Public informed through public notice that the proposals for delimitation of wards in Municipal Councils Rohru, Theog, Rampur and Sunni and for delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayats Narkanda, Kotkhai, Jubbal, Nerwa, Chopal and Chirgaon of District Shimla and defining the limits of each ward shall be available for inspection in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Shimla, the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (C) concerned, Municipal Council and concerned Nagar Panchayat during the office hours till 09th June, 2025. The proposal is also available in the e-Gazette/ official page of DC Shimla.
If any resident has any objection(s) or suggestion(s) with regard to aforesaid proposal or against anything contained in it, he may send the same to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla in Form-2 by 09th June, 2025. The objection(s)/suggestion(s) so received within the stipulated period shall be considered before finalizing the proposal.

उपरोक्त प्रार्थी ने अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र अन्य कागजात इस आशय के साथ गुजारा है कि उसका सही नाम श्री रजत कुमार पुत्र श्री राजीव कुमार शर्मा है। उसका आधार कार्ड व स्कूल प्रमाण-पत्र में सही दर्ज है, लेकिन मलकीयती भूमि मुहाल भटोली पटवार वृत्त भटोली में उसका नाम श्री रजत शर्मा पुत्र श्री राजीव कुमार दर्ज है जोकि गलत है। जिसकी दुरुस्ती की जावे।
इस सम्बन्ध में सर्वसाधारण जनता को बजरिया इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी के नाम की दुरुस्ती बारे यदि किसी को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में दिनांक 08-06-2025 को या इससे पूर्व हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। हाजिर न आने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा करके नाम दुरुस्ती के आदेश दे दिये जायेंगे।

Whereas, the above named applicants have made an application before me under section 8(4) of H.P. Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith relevant records and affidavits stating therein that they have solemnized their marriage on 23-02-2019 at their place of residence with prevailing rites and customs but due to some un-avoidable circumstances it could not be entered in the records of Municipal Council Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P. well in time.
And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the registrar of marriage and now, therefore, necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed, so that their marriage could be registered by the concerned authority.

प्रार्थिया श्रीमती नूर बीबी पुत्री श्री माई दीन, निवासी हर्लू दमूथ, डा0 चलाना, पंचायत नेहर स्वार, तहसील ददाहू ने अदालत हजा में एक दरख्वास्त गुजार कर दावा किया है कि प्रार्थिया अपनी जन्म तिथि2471 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 05 जून, 2025/15 ज्येष्ठ, 1947 05-01-2004 को ग्र्राम पंचायत नेहर स्वार में दर्ज करवाना चाहती है। प्रार्थिया का जन्म मिति 05-01-2004 को ग्राम पंचायत नेहर स्वार में हुआ था, लेकिन वह किसी कारण (लापरवाही व अज्ञानता) आज तक अपना जन्म ग्राम पंचायत नेहर स्वार में दर्ज न करवा सकी, जिसे नियमानुसार दर्ज किया जाना उचित व आवश्यक है।
जन्म दर्ज के मौजूदा मामले में प्रार्थिया के उपरोक्त दावों के संदर्भ में प्रार्थिया के सभी सगे-सम्बन्धियों एवं आम जनता को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त दुरुस्ती मामले में किसी भी प्रकार की आपत्ति व एतराज दर्ज करने बारे दिनांक 10-07-2025 को कार्यकारी दण्डाधिकारी ददाहू के समक्ष असालतन या वकालतन पेश होवें अन्यथा मामले में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी।
आज दिनांक 06-05-2025 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर एवं मोहर अदालत से जारी किया गया।
