No. STE-F (4)-2/2021.—WHEREAS, in pursuance of Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR) guidelines under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 amended time to time by MoEF & CC, GoI, this Department has notified the Himachal Pradesh Deposit Refund Scheme on 16-06-2025 for regulating and providing a mechanism for collection of Non-Biodegradable packaging waste as per the polluters pay principle to prevent littering or disposing of Non- Biodegradable Garbage in public drains, roads and places open to public view in the State of Himachal Pradesh and ensuring proper recycling of collected waste to promote circular economy within the State of Himachal Pradesh;

2. WHEREAS, as provided in the Part-III of Deposit Refund Scheme (DRS), 2025, the State Government shall constitute a High Powered Committee to advise the State Government on such matters arising out of the administration of the Scheme as may be referred to it, including matters relating to the implementation and management of the DRS;

3. NOW, THEREFORE, in view of these enabling provisions in the DRS, 2025 the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute a High Powered Committee for implementation of this scheme. The composition of the Committee shall be as follows:—

4. Committee's Role in DRS:

1. The high-powered committee shall formulate and recommend policies, guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the DRS within the jurisdiction of the State Government.

2. The high-powered committee shall constitute the scheme administrator and appoint the vacant positions on the board of scheme administrator.

3. Monitoring and evaluation of DRS performance annually

मोनिशा डैनियलस पुत्री श्रीमती मोहिनी सोहन लाल, मोहल्ला कश्मीरी शहर चम्बा, तहसील चम्बा, जिला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने एक आवेदन-पत्र व ब्यान हल्फी पेश किया है कि मेरा नाम परिवार रजिस्टर नकल, आधार कार्ड, ड्राईंविंग लाइसैंस, पैन कार्ड, राशन कार्ड में मोनिशा डैनियलस पुत्री श्रीमती मोहिनी सोहन लाल दर्ज है जोकि बिलकुल सही व दुरुस्त है परन्तु राजस्व अभिलेख मुहाल व पटवार वृत्त चकलू, उप-तहसील पुखरी में मेरा नाम मोनिशा डैनियल त्रिखा पुत्री श्रीमती मोहिनी सोहन लाल दर्ज है जोकि गलत है।

अतः प्रार्थिया का ब्यान हल्फी स्वीकार करते हुए इस इश्तहार/मुश्त्री मुनादी व चस्पांगी द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रार्थिया के नाम का इन्द्राज करने बारा किसी प्रकार का कोई उजर एवं एतराज हो तो वह असालतन व वकालतन इस इश्तहार के प्रकाशन की तिथि के उपरान्त एक माह के भीतर अपना उजर एवं एतराज पेश कर सकते हैं। बाद तारीख किसी किस्म का उजर एवं एतराज नहीं सुना जाएगा व उक्त प्रार्थिया का नाम मोनिशा डैनियल त्रिखा पुत्री श्रीमती मोहिनी सोहन लाल की जगह मोनिशा डैनियलस पुत्री श्रीमती मोहिनी सोहन लाल दर्ज करने के आदेश पटवारी, पटवार वृत्त चकलू को पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

विषय.--प्रार्थना-पत्र जेर धारा 37 ता 38 भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1957 के अन्तर्गत नाम दुरुस्ती बारे। कविता पत्नी भूपेन्द्र कुमार, गांव कसौली, डाकघर खडौली, जिला सोलन (हि0प्र0) ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र दायर किया है कि मेरी शादी श्री भूपेन्दर कुमार पुत्र सरन, निवासी मोहाल सायरी, डा0 मझवाड़, तहसील सदर, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) के साथ हुई है। मेरे पति का नाम पंचायत के रिकार्ड में भूपेन्दर कुमार है लेकिन राजस्व रिकार्ड के मुहाल सायरी व मझवाड़ में भूपिन्दर पाल दर्ज है जबकि दोनों नामों के एक ही व्यक्ति मेरे पति हैं, इन्हें दोनों नामों से जाना व पहचाना जाता है जिसे अब में दुरुस्त करवाना चाहती हूं। जिसे दुरुस्त करने के आदेश पटवारी हल्का मझवाड़ को जारी किए जावें।

सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त प्रार्थिया के पति का नाम दुरुस्त किये जाने बारा कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन अपना एतराज इस न्यायालय में दिनांक 18-07-2025 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। निश्चित अवधि के दौरान कोई भी उजर/एतराज न आने की सूरत में आम जनता के विरुद्ध एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी।
