13. As a leave arrangement, Sh. Ajay Kumar, Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Nalagarh is ordered to look after all administrative and judicial work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Nalagarh till further orders.

14. As a leave arrangement, Sh. R. Mihul Sharma, Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM-II, Solan is ordered to hold the Circuit Court for one week at Kandaghat during the first week of every month till further orders. He is also allowed to perform to and fro journey daily from Solan to Kandaghat during the Circuit Court period.

15. As a leave arrangement, Sh. Raghav Gupta, Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Bilaspur & Hamirpur is ordered to look after all administrative and judicial work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Bilaspur till further orders.

Note:

1. All the Judicial Officers under transfer are directed to join their new place(s) of posting by or before 17-05-2025.

2. The Judicial Officers appointed on adhoc basis shall not claim any seniority and other rights. Their services rendered on adhoc basis shall be treated as services rendered in the cadre of Senior Civil Judges or Civil Judges as the case may be.

1. Reviewing of overall implementation of the Cashless Treatment Scheme in the State.

2. Convening of quarterly meetings to assess performance and compliance on related issues.

6. Suggesting the corrective actions and strategic directions for improving scheme coverage and effectiveness.

7. Reviewing and maintaining of data/statistics to provide/submit the information to the Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety (SCCoRS), MoRTH and Government of Himachal Pradesh.
