Dated, the 14th July, 2025
No. SEC-HP-F002(01)/1/2021-2334.—Whereas the State Election Commission Himachal Pradesh had issued the programme for the delimitation of wards of Municipalities vide Notification 79-राजपत्र/2025-15-07-2025 (3821)3822 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जुलाई, 2025/24 आषाढ़, 1947 No. SEC:13-90/2016-V-1755, dated 24th May, 2025 and subsequent Notification No.SEC-HP- F002(01)/1/2021-2106-13, dated 18th June, 2025 in respect of Municipal Corporation Hamirpur and Notification No.SEC-HP-F002(01)/1/2021-2093-2105, dated 18th June, 2025 in respect of Municipal Corporations Mandi, Baddi, Una, Dharamshala and Palampur;
And whereas final orders of delimitation have been issued by the Deputy Commissioners Kangra, Mandi, Una, Hamirpur & Solan and the same have been received in the Commission;
And whereas Rule 9 (2) of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 2012 provides that the State Election Commission shall notify the delimitation of wards in the Official Gazette;
Therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of the powers vested in it under Section 9 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 read with Rule 9(2) of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 2012 hereby notifies the delimitation of wards of Municipal Corporations Dharamshala, Palampur, Mandi, Una, Hamirpur, Solan and Baddi as per Annexure-A.

विषय.--राजस्व कागजात माल में नाम दुरुस्ती करने बारे प्रार्थना-पत्र।
आवेदक मदन कुमार पुत्र स्व0 श्री नौरंग नाथ, गांव सेरी, परगना खडौठ, उप-तहसील पुखरी, जिला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने एक आवेदन-पत्र व ब्यान हल्फी पेश किया है कि मेरे पिता का नाम परिवार रजिस्टर नकल, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड में नौरंग नाथ दर्ज है जो बिलकुल सही व दुरुस्त है परन्तु राजस्व अभिलेख महाल निहुंई, पटवार वृत्त टिकरी, उप-तहसील पुखरी में मेरे पिता का नाम नुरंग पुत्र हरूआ दर्ज है, जोकि गलत है।
अतः प्रार्थी का ब्यान हल्फी स्वीकार करते हुए इस इश्तहार/मुस्त्री मुनादी व चस्पांगी द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रार्थी के पिता के नाम का इन्द्राज करने बारा किसी प्रकार का कोई उजर एवं एतराज हो तो वह असालतन व वकालतन इस इश्तहार के प्रकाशन की तिथि उपरान्त एक माह के भीतर अपना उजर एवं एतराज पेश कर सकते हैं। बाद तारीख किसी किस्म का उजर एवं एतराज नहीं सुना जाएगा व उक्त प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम नुरंग पुत्र हरूआ की जगह नौरंग नाथ पुत्र हरूआ दर्ज करने के आदेश पटवारी, पटवार वृत्त टिकरी को पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

अदालत हजा में श्रीमती संतोष कुमारी पत्नी श्री गोपाल सिंह, निवासी शिल्ली, डाकघर बचयारी, तहसील व जिला शिमला (हि0प्र0) की रहने वाली है। आवेदिका संतोष कुमारी पुत्री राम चन्द व श्रीमती निर्मला देवी अपने जन्म स्थान ग्राम बशोल, डा0 ढयावला, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन (हि0प्र0) केे ग्राम पंचायत ममलीग में अपनी जन्म तिथि दिनांक 28-01-1971 को पंजीकृत करवाना चाहती है।
अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि श्रीमती संतोष कुमारी पुत्री राम चन्द व श्रीमती निर्मला देवी अपने जन्म स्थान ग्राम बशोल, डा0 ढयावला, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन (हि0प्र0) केे ग्राम पंचायत ममलीग में अपनी जन्म तिथि दिनांक 28-01-1971 को पंजीकृत करवाना चाहती है। यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो इस इश्तहार के प्रकाशित होने के 30 दिन के अन्दर लिखित/मौखिक असालतन/वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। यदि उक्त समय अवधि के भीतर कोई उजर-एतराज प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो उक्त प्रकरण पर नियमानुसार आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।

इश्तहार बाबत राजस्व अभिलेख में नाम दुरुस्त करवाने बारे।3883 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जुलाई, 2025/24 आषाढ़, 1947 यह आवेदन श्री ओम प्रकाश पुत्र स्व0 नथू राम, निवासी टकसाल, उप-तहसील परवाणू, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस आशय से गुजारा है कि मौजा जखरौडा, उप-तहसील परवाणू के खाता नं0 44, 46 में प्रार्थी का नाम प्रकाश चन्द पुत्र नथू दर्ज राजस्व अभिलेख है जबकि उनका सही नाम ओम प्रकाश है। प्रार्थी ने अपना नाम ओम प्रकाश होने बारे अपना आधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड इत्यादि साक्ष्य के रूप में प्रस्तुत किए हैं। आवेदन पत्र बराये छानबीन पटवारी हल्का बडोग को भेजा गया था जो बाद रिपोर्ट इस कार्यालय को प्राप्त हुआ है। पटवारी द्वारा बाद छानबीन स्पष्ट किया गया है कि प्रार्थी का नाम प्रकाश चन्द के बजाये प्रकाश चन्द उर्फ ओम प्रकाश पुत्र नत्थु किया जाना उचित है।
अतः इस बाबत आम जनता/हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी के नाम को प्रकाश चन्द के बजाये प्रकाश चन्द उर्फ ओम प्रकाश पुत्र नत्थु करने बारे किसी को कोई एतराज हो तो वह इस नोटिस के छपने के एक माह के अन्दर इस न्यायालय में असालतन या वकालतन आकर अपना एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद किसी भी प्रकार का एतराज काबिले गौर न होगा तथा प्रार्थी का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख में प्रकाश चन्द के बजाये प्रकाश चन्द उर्फ ओम प्रकाश पुत्र नत्थु दर्ज करने के आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।
