इस आवेदन-पत्र का संक्षिप्त सार यह है कि उपरोक्त प्रार्थिया श्रीमती बिट्टू देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री ओम प्रकाश, निवासी ग्राम पिंगीजुब्बर चक भराड़ा, तहसील ठियोग, जिला शिमला, हि0प्र0 ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र इस आशय के साथ इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया था कि प्रार्थिया निवासी ग्राम पिंगीजुब्बर चक भराड़ा, तहसील ठियोग, जिला शिमला, हि0प्र0 की स्थाई निवासी है। राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में उसका नाम सुलोचना दर्ज है जोकि गलत है, जबकि प्रार्थिया का वास्तविक नाम बिट्टू देवी है जिसे दुरुस्त करने बारे यह आवेदन दिया है। प्रार्थना-पत्र को मौका की छानबीन हेतु पटवारी हल्का रहिघाट को भेजा गया था। पटवारी हल्का की रिपोर्ट के अवलोकन से पाया गया कि राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा भराडा व भड़याना में प्रार्थिया का नाम सुलोचना 4146 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 जुलाई, 2025/02 श्रावण, 1947 दर्ज है जबकि पटवार वृत्त क्यार के मौजा पलाना की जमाबंदी वर्ष 2018-19 के खाता खतौनी नं0 17/34 के अनुसार प्रार्थिया का नाम बिट्टू देवी दर्ज है तथा प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ शामिल ग्राम पंचायत की नकल परिवार रजिस्टर, शपथ-पत्र, आधार कार्ड व शैक्षणिक प्रमाण-पत्र के अवलोकन से भी प्रार्थी का नाम बिट्टू देवी दर्ज है।

अतः इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा बारे कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो स्वयं व लिखित तौर पर दिनांक 03-09-2025 को अपराह्‌न11.00 बजे हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना एतराज पेश करें अन्यथा नाम दुरुस्ती के आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।
