No. MPP-F(10)-13/2024.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the employees of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board (HPSEBL) who are on deputation with HPPCL, HPPTCL, DoE, HIMURJA and other line departments on secondment basis will be able to exercise the option to get their services be taken over by the said organization respectively. Their service absorbed/merged in the borrowing departments subject to the following conditions:—

(i) The terms and conditions of appointment in the HPSEBL will remain unchanged.

(ii) Promotion avenues will be provided to the staff of HPSEBL and if need be, superannuary posts shall be created as a personal measure, so that their career growth is not adversely affected.

(iii) Their absorption/merger will also not affect the career prospects of the employees recruited by the HPPCL/HPPTCL/DOE/HIMURJA in their respective cadres. They will also get promotion as per the career progressive scheme in the respective organization.

Further, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is also pleased to order that the employees who are presently working in HPSEBL and are willing to serve in other Departments/Organizations can give their option to get absorbed in the new/preferred department/organization on the above mentioned terms and conditions. It is also clarified that their transfer from HPSEBL to HPPCL/HPPTCL/DOE/HIMURJA or any othe line Department shall not be considered as foreign service or deputation and it shall be treated as transfer till final absoration in the respective organization.

संख्याः टी.पी.टी.-ए(3)-3/2015-II-पार्ट-ए.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल का यह समाधान हो गया है कि ऐसा करना समीचीन है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य के बाहर से सेब और आलू के वहन के प्रयोजन के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्य क्षेत्र मेंे प्रवेश करने वाले अन्य राज्यों के ट्रकों को हिमाचल प्रदेश मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1972 (1973 का अधिनियम संख्याक 4) की धारा 3क के अधीन उद्‌ग्रहणीय विेशेष पथकर के संदाय से छूट दी जाए।

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14(3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्य क्षेत्र में प्रवेश करने वाले अन्य राज्य के ट्रकों (जो नेशनल परमिट के अन्तर्गत नहीं आते हैं) को दिनांक 01-08-2025 से 31-10-2025 तक हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य के बाहर सेब और आलू के वहन के प्रयोजन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3क के अधीन उद्‌ग्रहणीय विेशेष पथकर के संदाय से छूट प्रदान करते हैं।

Shimla-02, the 28th July, 2025

No. TPT-A(3)-3/2015-II-Part-A.—Whereas, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest to exempt the trucks of the other States entering in the territory of Himachal Pradesh for the purpose of transportation of apples and potatoes to out of the State of Himachal Pradesh from the payment of Special Road Tax leviable under section 3-A of the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1972 (Act No. 4 of 1973).

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14(3) of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to exempt the trucks of the other States (not covered under National Permit) entering into the territory of Himachal Pradesh from payment of Special Road Tax leviable under section 3-A of the said Act, for the purpose of transportation of apples and potatoes to out of the State of Himachal Pradesh with effect from 01-08-2025 to 31-10-2025.
