No. Rev-D(A) 1-3/2024-(Kangra).—WHEREAS, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to upgrade the status of Sub- Tehsil Chadiyar, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh to that of Tehsil with its Headquarter at Chadiyar, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, so as to provide better services to the concerned people of nearby Villages and to avoid any inconvenience being faced by them and to have a better administrative control.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to upgrade the status of Sub-Tehsil Chadiyar to that of Tehsil in District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, consisting of following Patwar circles:—

विषय.-जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण दर्ज करने बारे प्रार्थना-पत्र। 7094 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 अक्तूबर, 2025/07 कार्तिक, 1947 उपरोक्त प्रार्थना-पत्र श्रीमती मेहंदी देवी पुत्री श्री मोही राम, निवासी गांव वनवानी, डाकघर व ग्राम पंचायत सताहन, तहसील रेणुकाजी स्थित संगड़ाह, जिला सिरमौर (हि0प्र0) ने अधीन धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत प्रस्तुत करके प्रार्थना की है कि उसकी जन्म तिथि 01-01-1965 है, जो ग्राम पंचायत सताहन के रिकार्ड में दर्ज नहीं है, जिसे प्रार्थिया अब दर्ज करवाना चाहती है। अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि इस सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह स्वयं अथवा अपने प्रतिनिधि द्वारा मिति 17-11-2025 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे हमारी अदालत में उपस्थित होकर उजर/एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई उजर काबिले गौर न होगा तथा प्रार्थिया की जन्म तिथि 01-01-1965 ग्राम पंचायत सताहन में दर्ज करने के आदेश जारी कर दिये जायेंगे।
