No. Home(A)A(1)-1/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (u) of sub-section(1) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( Act No. 46 of 2023) read with sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007 (Act No.17 of 2007), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to establish a Police Post within the premises of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College & Hospital Mandi at Nerchowk, District Mandi, H.P. under Police Station Balh, District Mandi, consisting of the Wards/Villages enumerated in column No.(3) of the SCHEDULE given below thereof, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, namely:—
